Slow down on 15 hwy 2 of your transport trucks at 5:45pm Sunday April 5 the speed limit is 80 mph the 2 truck we’re speed through middle rd and Kingston mills rd on 15 hwy north at a fast speed they pulled away from me driving 80 mph slow down check log books the time and speed will not match next time the ministry of transportation will be contacted

rep needs customer service etiquette

Sales rep takes forever to get back to you via email and phone call
you order items you drive 45 minutes only to not get the order no one bother to call and notify you they do not acknowledge their incompetence
and furthermore small business aren't welcome unless you are purchasing 7 plus case per order so for that they close my acct

This company is utterly garbage

This company is utterly garbage . I order gloves from them in order to try and get the best price but it’s almost not with it to deal with this company . The way they invoice you is super inconvenient . Then if you want to lay with a credit card they add on an exorbitant fee . They auto charged my card after i explicitly asked them not to . I was going to lay with check to save the money . They did not care and said it was too difficult to refund and take check as payment

Sysco food quality continues to decline

I ordered the bacon twice now. First time it had a funny taste, thought I'd try it again because in the past it had been awesome. This time was just as disappointing. Most of the bacon slices were fat with little meat. I will not be ordering again. The chicken strips were also a disappointment. The chicken Kiev's are delicious, however are beginning to get smaller in size.

Hispanic driver refused to deliver and…

Hispanic driver refused to deliver and notify that he took it upon his own personal and POLITICAL choice to cancel my order.
There are hundreds of people who would take his job in a heartbeat and outperform him on any given day so since he feels he can personally retaliate and attack other humans, perhaps Sysco should consider FIRING THIS IDIOT before the company as a whole gets sued.

I am shocked and appalled at this…

I am shocked and appalled at this company, Sysco, having been an accomplice to the OCCUPATION OF MY STREET , a quaint residential Bromley Street in Coquitlam, BC
Sysco trucks have been raping, pillaging and abusing my quiet residential street with its trucks PARKING, LOADING AND UNLOADING IN OUR NO STOPPING ZONES, BLOCKING FIRE HYDRANTS AND EVERYTHING ELSE POSSIBLE…..
Please, help our street fight this corporate giant to get our streets free if the scourge of SYSCO CORPORATION…..

Perpetual garbage.

This is a garbage company focused on quantity, and definitely not quality. It has been ruining restaurant experiences all over the country, if not the world. I have worked at a few restaurants where food was changed from local providers to Sysco. Within weeks our locals, regulars would start saying how the food went down. Asking if we changed chefs, because the quality of the food is absolutely disgusting, comparing to before.

It's a shame restaurants are opting for this cheaper, much worse "food". You can get a frozen meal from a dollar store that's been sitting in the fridge for the better part of the year, and have it tastes magnitutes better than anything "good" at Sysco.

If I could give them a half star

If I could give them a half star, I would these guys are so slow. It took them seven hours to unload the truck no communication with the front desk and they got these female workers who can’t lift the boxes. Why are they working on the docs just a horrible place to deliver to. I will never come here again

Recently had a phone screening…

Recently had a phone screening scheduled by Ms. Morrison for a position at the Olathe/Kansas City facility. After scheduling and answering the 5 questions she requested answered. Ms. Morrison never performed the phone screening. Unprofessionalism when you ghost a potential new employee and don't have the common courtesy to follow through with your requested processes. Not even an email. Rude, Unprofessional and disrespectful

Really Bad service!

For the life of me, they always try to deliver my product after hours and don't care anything about consistency. no respect for customer and I have only one good truck driver. one word that describe them is, Unreliable!

If I could rate Sysco as a zero, I would

If I could rate Sysco as a zero, I would. I have called Customer Service three times (9/16; 9/19; and 9/24/2024) because their driver backed a delivery truck into a paver stone wall on my property. There were 2 witnesses who saw the driver get out, kick the stones, then drive away. customer Service can do nothing except "escalate" my complaint to a supervisor.
The labor and supplies to repair this damage totaled $1500. That may not be much to Sysco, but it's a huge amount for a small business owner.

Driver who delivered to Parkview…

Driver who delivered to Parkview Retirement Community in Portland, OR 97220, on Tues. July 30 (between 2 & 3 pm) went out of his way to BLOCK cars in the parking lot. Was rude. Took his time. Lied about the amount of time it would take. ~ I was delayed from leaving this establishment for over 35 min because the Driver couldn't be bothered to consider people that had appointments and needed to be able to get their car(s) OUT of the Lot. ~ And when he was finished, he sat in his truck, STILL BLOCKING cars in the Lot on his phone & completing paperwork that could easily have been done AFTER he moved his large truck.

Assisted Living Being Fed crap. Your food to the elderly is disgusting

Your food to the elderly is disgusting. The damage you are doing is both physical and emotional. The elderly at assisted living need mutton and gathering. By providing this crap leftover food (i could seed through the talapia. They are eating junky in thier rooms alone begat you are providing them with non edible food. You should be ashamed. Public health and department of aging will be notified.

Good!

I used it for a large corporate event and I'm very pleased with their services. They were able to provide us with a variety of options that fit our budget and they were able to deliver the food on time. The food was fresh, delicious, and the presentation was great.
