This company is excellent,I had a problem with the spray gun which recently broke. The hose was still within warranty so I contacted them and a replacement gun was sent out straightaway.

Great hose though it seems they last between 12 and 18 months before needing replacement, but still like them and ease of storage.

Only had it for a week but seems it is as advertised a hose that does not kink that was a problem with a previous similar hose. Impressed with the brass fittings and the shower gun.

Listened to my problem I had and hopefully when I try the hose everything will be ok.

Only used a couple of times but first impressions good. Very light and easy to store. For now I’m just leaving coiled up in a bucket in the garage as don’t want leave out as the frosts start - never does any hoses any good. Ideally I’d like an on/off flow switch to allow a change of attachments without having to turn the water off at the tap (- which of course shrinks the hose each time). Time will tell if this is better than standard hoses but so far so good.

Ordered as a gift a week ago and still not arrived. Contacted the company twice and no response. Came on here to check if legitimate company or a scam as I was going to start a credit card claim. I will give it a couple more days.
