T1 staff are THE best
T1 staff are THE best. Whether I’m talking to a customer Service Rep or a high level officer, they are simply amazing. They take time to explain things or research any issues. I feel very confident and comfortable in my business knowing they’ve got my back.

Reliable & Dynamic Payments Processor
Pursuant to my past five years plus of working together with T1 Payments, I could not speak more highly about my experiences & my relationship with the company.
T1 has constantly exhibited reliable, trustworthy and swift service in working together. Taking care of me personally, my relationships & my merchants on a high level with integrity & follow through. From administration to executive management, I have constantly been impressed, most especially during downturns in the marketplace.
T1 has been my number one option for global payment processing specifically for Don & Lisa. They have both treated me & my merchants like family, acting as trusted advisors & experts in the industry.
Both Don & Lisa have truly been class acts, have always gone above & beyond in acting as valuable partners.

I am happy to say I am very satisfied…
I am happy to say I am very satisfied with the professionalism and quality service for my merchant account. My relationship reps were able to give me a great walk through on what to expect in detail and although my store wasn't getting much sales internationally, with the guidance they provided to support foreign currencies, I am slowly but steady getting more and more customers from abroad.
