I’m extremely disappointed with T3Micro’s customer service. I placed an order (#800851) on September 11, but didn’t receive any tracking information until two weeks later. By the time the tracking number was provided, the package had not been delivered and couldn’t be located.
I contacted support immediately and explained the situation, requesting a refund since the item never arrived and I no longer needed it. That was on September 26, and as of today, I’ve received no response or resolution.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I’ve never had such poor communication from a supposedly reputable company. I do not recommend buying directly from T3Micro — they completely ignored my follow-up and failed to take responsibility for a lost order.
