This new app is the worst app I’ve ever used haven’t you heard the expression if it ain’t broke don’t fix it please revert to the old style app

Opened up an account to bet on the ufc as it was advertised and just kept buffering !!!
Called them and they couldn't help nor would they refund me .
Be advice is to stay well clear as they false advertise !!! And zero help from customer service

Rubbish. They direct market offers then don't keep. The best part is they say we didn't send the sms offers. Our computer did without our knowledge

Looking to print my bets for today. More than 50 over 8 meetings. No "statement" button unless I print "transaction". Fine. Downloaded Transactions statement. Guess what. No horses names. No race number. No meeting name. Just 50 odd lines of horse numbers. Useless.

These guys take your money don't let you bet on things advertised then force you to go to a jp to get your money back worst customer service I have ever had....

I placed a bet and put $5 the win and $20 place and the horse came in 3rd it was a fixed bet $8.50 win and 2.4 place I received back $24 not $48 so they cheated me $24, I never win when I play the horse race and when I do win they cheat you

Tab card opened up fraudulently in my name,
No assist care or help
No refund although I am a victim of identify theft. This company help criminals in there roles letting them get away with it.
Highly advise staying as far away from this horrible scamming company as possible.

So apparently according to their help line. Their not responsible for your bets, if your willing to make a bet it's up to you and prove their wrong, I went through 5 people on help lines with 4 of em saying you should of won, the 5th hung up on me cause he wouldn't admit what I read off my receipt was a place bet as apparently a place and fixed odds bet won't say anything different. No matter the bet. My advice is use sportsbet, they pay out their winnings

terrible website. I opened an account and they froze my account immediately. I have visited a TAB agency 4 times trying to verify myself and they are so useless they cannot get this done. Go to any other sports betting website because they are a total waste of time!

Advertising strategy with Royal Randwick involves flying a noisy helicopter over the beach on weekends for hours at a time, ruining the peaceful vibe.

Will not be using TAB for this reason, and will ask MPs to ban gambling advertising campaigns.

Every other betting company has no problem verifying my identity, but TAB has made me spend 20+ hours on the phone trying to get this sorted and has held onto my money for over two weeks without making any progress. Sometimes they put me on hold and then just hang up.

Placed a quaddie at Bendigo Races( Nov 11) approx 3 hours before they were called off. Used my multiplier for this bet. I later called up their customer service line to enquire if they could reinstate the multiplier as i had not used it. There answer was NO. Reason being is that I had used it and basically my bad luck that they were called of. HOW UNFAIR OF YOU TAB. You don't play with a straight bat.

I have been a customer of the TAB since 1986.(That's a long time ago),In all that time I never got scammed by the TAB ever, I always got paid out if I won.
The TAB offer a great alternative to internet gambling in their 'real world' branches, where you can talk to real people in the real world, no time wasting, you can always get on and they won't refuse your bets like some internet sports agencies apparently do ???, and they ALWAYS honour their bets and pay out on winners.
Why any TAB competition sports agencies spend millions on advertising and marketing but then they might pay out their promotions ?, if your team leads by six at half time you might get paid or not get paid ?, depends on their margins, how much they potentially lose on any particular match ?.
Not being able to withdraw money from an online account ???
Please give punters a break , how stupid do you think we all are ?
In my experience the TAB always pay on correct weight and that's important to me in the year 2019
