Great customer service! I ordered the wrong size and they responded quickly and were very easy to deal with. Shirts feel good and fit perfectly. I will be ordering from them again.

I have reached out multiple times asking for instructions to return the shirts and exchange them for a larger size. They initially responded trying to convince me to just purchase another set and give the ones I have as a gift. I told them I prefer to return them. I've asked several times for instructions and have yet to get a response. Unacceptable.

American website , but the orders ship from china …. So as you can imagine the sizes come up way smaller . No where on the order page was this disclosed .
If I’d had known I would have canceled the order .
I emailed customer service and they expected me to measure myself and then measure the t shirt and send them proof …. Why should customers jump through hoops to get what they have paid for I’m a Xxl I ordered a 3xl to make sure . Yet it fitted like a xl .

Have had no reply since I requested a refund . Because the item is not as described and the is no notice to say items were shipped from china so would come up small .
Very misleading .
And adds to the delivery time because it’s from china .

Not knowing which size would fit, I ordered a small and a medium. I normally wear medium but I saw a recommendation to down size if you wanted a tighter fit. After getting the order, the small was the perfect fit for me. I contacted customer service to exchange the medium, for a small with a different graphic, and they were more than happy to oblige. Great shirt, Great service!

I purchased multiple shirts from this company and was very disappointed with the overall quality. The fit is not flattering at all—they seem to be cut more like children’s clothing rather than properly fitted adult apparel. The material is also uncomfortable and feels extremely cheap.
However, the biggest issue is their return process. While they do allow returns, it is not clearly stated in their policy that items must be shipped back to China. The cost to return the items is actually higher than what I originally paid for the shirts, which makes returning them unrealistic. Instead, they offer only a 30% refund if you choose to keep the items.
This is something that should be clearly disclosed upfront in their return policy so customers can make an informed decision before purchasing—not after

And now because I left a bad review on their company I received and email saying they were going to wirh hold from giving me any refund now! If there was a way to upload the email I would. How is this even allowed!

Good quality material for the athletics cut. Happy with the designs too.

I rarely write reviews, but this time it’s worth it. Firstly, their product is good quality, I wear them at the gym and love both their cotton and Quick dry shirts. Next, Tacday also has an amazing customer service and are quick with their email replies. Communication with their service team has been a really great experienced. Can’t say I’ve ever had such an easy and pleasant dealing with a product company in my life thus far.

This company is a SCAM. I’ve reported them for fraud. The shirts don’t fit and they won’t accept you to return them because they say the shipping is too high (even if I said I would cover shipping cost) I reported them to my credit card and they’ve stopped answering me. I would report them everywhere I can even in the media. Be aware!!!

Good quality, value, and cool shirt designs. I appreciated the quick shipping and excellent customer service! Bought a shirt for my husband as a gift and he loves it.

Not only did my XL shirts all shrink to what now feels like a medium but the graphics are crooked as well. After 1 wash, if I life my arms, my belly shows. Cheap Chinese junk.

I purchased shirts from here before no problem, but now they refuse to talk to me. The new three shirts I ordered were supposed to be cotton, but when received they were 100% Polyester/ Spandex blend (it even says so on the label). But this company still declares they are cotton and that is that. No refund for you!!! I will fight to get my money back, but they know it’s hard. But I won’t stop until these types of scammers are stopped. They act just like a criminal gang if anything goes wrong or you are not happy!!!
