Hi Ian, we have tried contacting you using the various details we have on our system but without reply. I have spoken to our customer services team and they informed me you seemed happy with the way we dealt with the incorrect alarm being included with your set by the manufacturer. We did try and process your refund ASAP and you were reimbursed for your postage charges in full; although these things can take a few days as we have lots of goods in on a daily basis, which may be the reason for the delay.
