This company far outshines any other prep/ survival store, not only for the wide range of superb items related to being out in the wilds of our wonderful world and all its beauty, but, they also make sure we as customers are made experts by their how to videos ! For all of this I’m very grateful!

The directions are clearly written by someone with English as a second language. The setup and operating directions match nothing on the units I bought. It is impossible to turn the lights off using the instructions in the directions. All in all, if these people have 100$ customer satisfaction (as they advertise on their web site) I find this doubtful.

I really enjoy getting my box.It's like christmas every time I open one I get really neat stuff and things that I would not have thought Of having but really glad that I do now

The telescope was designed well built better designed for easy to carry and convenient for use in any activity views crystal clear phone mount with tripod was icing on the cake.company was very helpful in answering questions about shipping and delivery they had gotten back to me with lightning fast speed ,lady was very nice on her end of the process she made sure I wasn’t missing anything or anything unanswered.id give 10 stars if I could and will be buying lots more from them for my future adventures with my new gizmos & gadgets.thanks again for your solidarity with the products you sell.

Everything I have bought from the Tacright Company has been exceptionally made. I have bought for my sons and grandsons as they are hunters and fishermen. They have never complained about any of the items I have given then. Great products.

Value and prompt delivery

Unfortunately it was stolen out of my front seat of the car still in the box and I didn't get any pleasure from it and I don't have it somebody took it but I loved it I would like another oh Lord was not this my saying whecountry yet in my country

I received my order about 3 weeks after my order. It was correct and well packaged.

This company is awesome, they forgot to include one of my items from my most recent order. When I contacted them to ship the missed item they took care of and fixed the issue very quickly and shipped me the replacement. I highly recommend them! Great customer service!

I was hesitant at first to buy one of these knives, but let me tell you, I was pleasantly surprised. When the knife came in, which was not a long wait by any means, after opening it and holding it I knew I made a good call buying it. It has a nice weight to it with a solid and comfortable handle. The blade shape and size was also just very well put together. I carry it wherever I go now. Everything about it is solid and feels like it was made the right way. Nothing is loose on it or wobbly or seems cheap. Honestly I recommend buying one, especially for the price.
Everything went smoothly buying it and getting it shipped, so I had no need to directly contact anyone for issues, so from start to delivery, everything for me was a good experience.

I ordered off a TV ad that promised a "box" of freebies and you just pay shipping of $13.99. I know the box was small, and I was fine with that. The ad showed several items that could be in your mystery package. It took me 10 minutes to check out because they kept adding one more promotion to add to your order at a special price. Iseriously thought iwa being ranked after about the 10th offer. It was crazy!! I finally made it through all of that and checked out. For the past 2 weeks i have been spammed with text ads from the company. I finally received my package tonight. It was a very small plastic bag that contained a hat and "gold membership bar". That's it. What a let down.
