Terrible unresponsive customer service

Terrible unresponsive customer service. I ordered an item through them, my payment application automatically filled in an old address and I didn't catch it until the order was placed. I immediately called the company, only to get a "the mailbox is full" notification. I then immediately emailed the company and it took them 2 days to email me back, and they emailed me 2 minutes AFTER I got an email confirmation that my item had been shipped already. They the told me I had to call UPS to change the delivery address. Upon getting in contact with UPS I was told that only Tactical Distributors could change the delivery address so I emailed them back, and told them to CALL UPS to get the delivery address changed. A full day later they emailed me again and said they could only pull it back with a screenshot of the UPS app. Clearly they hadn't called UPS like I'd requested. Now I have a package going to a completely different town. I'll never order through this company again.

Errors in order but fixed by their top quality Customer Service

I ordered the GBRS Group flannel in a large size but received a medium, not due to any error from Tactical Distributors, but because of GBRS Group’s packaging. The support team at Tactical Distributors was quick to respond, sending me a return label and a replacement flannel. Unfortunately, the next flannel had the same issue.

I spoke with Joseph over the phone, who seemed genuinely concerned. He mentioned that this might be a larger issue and assured me that he would have the warehouse check through the flannels to see if there was a broader problem. Joseph also put in the system for a new shirt to be ordered and stated this time they would ensure no error.

Overall, the experience was very professional, and it was clear they truly care about their customers. I’ve been doing business with Tactical Distributors for a while now, and this is the first issue I’ve encountered. I’ll continue to be a customer because they are a fantastic, hardworking company.

OVER 2 months, countless emails and only PARTIAL ORDER RECEIVED!

Placed an order with a value of over $500 in May. It's taken 2 months and countless amounts of "chase-up" emails only to have one wrong item sent and then explained that it was out of stock and due to high volumes of orders they could not update the warehouse stock online (this item is still in stock on the website). Took a further 2 weeks for a refund after having to email twice again. I purchased 5 other items. Only 2 have just been received with no update on the remainder items. I am constantly emailing them with a high delay in response and no clarification. I was told the items would have been shipped "today asap" which was over 2 weeks ago.. as stated, since then I have only received 2 of those items.
I have been receiving reply emails from Edmond!
I will be using all other social media platforms to review this company!
HIGHLY unprofessional and DO NOT take customer orders with priority.

Buyers Beware… Horrible Customer Service

Buyers beware! If you want to receive the sale item you order, you better purchase more than one item. During the arcteryx close out sale, I immediately placed my order and paid for a jacket when the sale went live (within minutes). A lot of items sell out fast in the close out sales. I then referred a few friends to the site for the close out sale. A co-worker ordered the exact jacket (same size) and several other small items hours after I did. Several days later my coworker received the jacket and approximately a week later my order was still showing unfulfilled. I contacted a customer service associate who advised they fill all orders that have multiple items first and not by when the order was initially placed. He followed that with “they do weird things at the shipping facility”. He then said my order was still waiting to be filled but the system was showing I would receive the last one in my size. Needless to say several days later I receive a BS e-mail stating that due to a large amount of people ordering the same jacket, at the same time as me, they couldn’t fulfill my order. That was a blatant lie… exact time, definitely not. The tactical distributor slogan is “Best customer service in the Biz”, believe me when I say that couldn’t be further from the truth. They will lie to you. Be better TD.

I notice they are quick to respond to the negative reviews that are in reference to the wrong company but not the ones that are in fact in reference to theirs.

worst company to use...0 stars

This is by far the worst company to do business with. A bad experience from beginning to what is still to be ended. Only after you order and pay do they tell you the item is out of stock or on backorder...which is supposed to take 14 days. All emails are handled by a robot. Order took 7 weeks to arrive at tdsa, then the quote and payment for shipping was suddenly not enough and had to pay more shipping (double), and then eventually after 8 weeks from order date the item arrived. Now it is not what we wanted, we are battling to get it returned. Have to pay for all the return shipping, and still pay and admin fee, and they will evaluate whether they will credit us or not. I emailed complaints, no reply.
WHAT TYPE OF SERVICE IS THIS? I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I HAVE YET TO SPEAK TO A HELPFUL HUMAN. The saga of whether I will get a refund or not remains to be seen.

If I could give 0 stars I would.
Ordered a LS shirt, but got the wrong item in the mail. The packing slip had the correct item on it, so I’m assume the items got switched during packing.
Contacted customer service several times, several different ways. It’s been well over a month and absolutely no contact from them. At this point I just want a refund. The shirt that I purchased was more expensive than the shirt that I actually received.
I will never shop here again nor will I be recommending this shop to anyone.

Truly one of the best companies to have my business.

Where to even start, this company is straight up amazing. All my orders through them have been great and delivered in such a timely manner. The products they have are nothing but the best. And their company logo is one of the greatest. Always get compliments when wearing their logo. Don't wait to buy from them they usually are the best price for items as well. 5 stars isn't enough for this company 10/10

Great Customer service

I bought a GBRS hat from them and my money got refunded. I emailed asking why and it was because the last one sold right before I ordered it so it went out of stock. They got back with me quickly and refunded my money. I ordered another hat and they had it packaged and shipped that day. Received my package on the 3rd day after ordering. I have no complaints and will definitely buy from Tactical Distributors again.

Absolute scam artists

Absolute scam artists. This company posts photos of the GBRS Group Assaulter Belt ($265 shipped) with a drop leg holster mount. At that price range and being that they don't mention even just one time that it does NOT come as a package OR "items in photo not included" ...a buyer is fair to assume you get what is in the photos. Nope! The metal holster attachment does not come with the belt system. It's literally $265 for a gosh dang GUN BELT! Are you kidding me! ...I'll never order anything from this company again. What a joke.

i have been buying the Carlos Ray pants…

i have been buying the Carlos Ray pants since 2012 or 13. hands down best pants ever. breathable, durable and stretchy. wear them every day for the past 6 years to work. great company, no problem returns. great prices and an awesome reward system. cant recommend these guys enough!

Started off strong...

It was recommend to me to check out TD based on a specific offering of theirs - the Carlos Ray pants. Sadly, when I decided on a color, my size was out of stock. I set up an in-stock notification and waited.

After waiting a while, the item finally returned to stock. I was very excited. I hopped on to their site and placed my order. My item shipped the next day. They even shipped it three-day express!

Then my shipment arrived. Here is where I began to lose faith in TD: the wrong pants were shipped. Not only that, but what I did receive was damaged - the button was busted and could not be used.

I contacted TD via email, provided an image as proof and received no response. I followed up with an image of the damage, and received no response. I called them within their business hours and no one answered the call.

Hesitantly, I began their automated return process. I didn't want to go this route because the ONLY option is to return for refund - no option to receive the item I originally ordered.

Now the item I ordered is out of stock again. I will be returning for a refund and moving on from TD.

I understand things happen, and I respect the quick shipping. However, what I care about more is communication, accurate picking, and - while it can be a nice touch when everything is going right - don't care so much about miscellaneous stuff thrown into my shipping package.

Purchased Earmore headset and magazines pouches for a gun belt. Items arrived in very good condition and within a week. Support desk contacted me on day 2 to ensure address details were correct. Very happy and will use TDSA again.

Very disappointed with this company

Very disappointed with this company. I ordered a set of Crye Precision combat pants on Sunday evening selected next day air ( M-F before 3pm Eastern ) for shipping. According to their website, the pants were ‘in stock’ in my color and size. Monday rolls along and they were not shipped. No info from the company. Nothing. I call Tuesday morning (had to call three times for someone to answer) and ask what happened. The customer service rep informs me that my items were in stock, but she doesn’t know why they weren’t shipped. The supposedly got left behind. No label had been created, etc. The customer service rep advises she’ll refund me $10 for shipping and ensure they were sent out today via next day air UPS. 430pm rolls around and FINALLY a label is created for my package, but it’s for 3 DAY UPS SELECT. My package is not going to arrive as expected AGAIN. I’m very displeased with this company. There is absolutely no organization whatsoever. I just don’t get it; someone orders a package, you ship it out as they paid for and selected. It’s not that tough. I absolutely would not recommend this company and will do my part to share and post this review everywhere I can.

AVOID AVOID AVOID BEWARE! any rating over 1 star is either a bot or a family member. WORST EXPERIENCE ever. NO desire to improve. I made an order and had to call back after a month to find out why it hadn't shipped. i was told some items weren't in stock. They offered to ship what was on hand immediately and send remaining when it arrived. I received first shipment but never received remaining items. 6 MONTHS i chased this company down. i would call and no one would answer. or the call would spontaneously disconnect. ONCE I HAD TO CALL 13 TIMES JUST TO GET SOMEONE TO ANSWER! When i did get to talK to someone, i was given a placating "yes we will ship immediately, everything is here". This happened not once, not twice, but FIVE TIMES!!! And nothing ever shipped. i have asked for a refund, but i seriously doubt i will get it. AVOID.

Update - 2 months have passed and still no refund, no product, and no attempt to contact. AVOID AVOID AVOID

The way you treat your customers is really unbelievable!!!
When will you transfer the money?
