At first I was going to cancel my order but only due to believing I didn't need another cleaning mat but after receiving the product I was amazed at the quality and appearance that I definitely wanted to keep as my primary. Their customer service offered great support even before I received the product. I definitely trust this company and would buy again!! Thank you!

Ordered a product and then nothing for 2 weeks. Not even an email confirmation. Cancelling order through credit card. Do not order from Tactical Elites!

My cleaning mat arrived on time, good size for cleaning my handguns. Keeps my table clean and the silicone mat itself cleans easy when im done! No complaints whatsoever. I thought the price might be a little steep, but in the end I believe I will more than get my monies worth.

The kit is awesome except the plastic barrel inserts which are too short and useable only once. However because the barrel inserts are too short especially for .177 it makes the whole kit useless. Make the inserts longer and out of metal and you will have the best kit on market. But until then the kit is worthless.🇺🇸 The end of my barrel is flared for high power. So the plastic fitting were longer is would seat better and hold the laser. When you install the plastic fitting the laser just flops around. Hope this helps.

There were a few things wrong that I wasn't going to make a big deal of but when they contacted me it seemed they really did care about my satisfaction. Simple to assemble, easy to use, FAST and accurate sighting without using up ammo or field time. I dialed in everything from my .227, Glock 9mm and 40SW, my 30-06, the 5.57, and my 12 guage. If you want to ensure your sighting in less than 20 minutes...THIS is the answer. BEST purchase ever!

I was trying to find out where my order was as I could not find my tracking number. Customer service, Gustavo, answered my email within minutes and helped find my order which was a birthday gift! It made it! My husband loves his gift!!! Thank You!

Had a problem with ordering on the site and getting Military Discount. E-mailed company. Got a response back right away. They took care of the problem. Received product about 5 days and free goods as promised with no problems. That's the company you want to deal with. Great Military company and great customer service. Please give them your order, you won't be disappointed with their service. The Tactical Mats or top of the line for your weapon repairs or cleaning. Shooting rests great ( not filled) good quality. More Military companies should represent their products to customers like Tactical Elite does.*****

I bought the Magnetic Mat for cleaning for my husband for fathers day. He said he didn't need it so I started the process of returning it. I contacted customer service and I received an immediate (within the same day)email explaining what I needed to do and the appropriate paperwork needed to be included, to return this item. They kept in touch with me and when the item was received I immediately received a full refund to my account. Thank you Gustavo!

Do not purchase from this company. They sent me a broken, defective item, and the customer service experience only made things worse.

They required me to provide a video showing the defect, but despite exchanging more than 30 emails trying to send it, their system would not accept the video. It felt impossible to provide the evidence they requested.

To make matters worse, they expected me to pay the return shipping costs for their defective product in order to receive a refund.

Save yourself the time, frustration, and money—shop elsewhere.

As I mentioned to Gustavo, did not expect the response I received. Just know that when you order something from Tactical Elites, these are honest to goodness understanding company. I am surprisingly elated at how nice they are to deal with. I’ll definitely be passing the good word on about you! Thank you so much!!!

Despite a shipping issue which was not the fault of TacticalElites, their representative was more than happy to replace the item as quickly as possible. I very much appreciate the customer service mindset of this company.

I hate spending my time doing reviews. So unless something is extraordinarily wonderful or poor, I refrain.

I purchased a few products from Tactical Elites a few months ago. One of the items was a very expensive lighter. The lighter worked for a few days and then broke. It was not poorly handled. It was in my pocket for the two days. It was just a very poorly made, very expensive lighter.

I reached out to customer service hoping for a refund or replacement. Apparently, if it's been past 30 days, you're out of luck.

I went back and forth with customer service a few times, and at this point, I just feel insulted.

Like I said, I used the lighter for a few days, and now it will not light. On top of the expensive lighter, I had to purchase fuel.

The part that really bums me out is I purchased directly from the company, thinking that it would be the best way to support a small business. But now, looking back, I would've been much better off purchasing from Amazon.

This is so sad.

Please think twice before purchasing from this company. And if you must, definitely consider purchasing through Amazon or some other seller, so at least you don't get screwed when they send you a defective product.

Zero stars. What a waste of time. What a waste of money. What a terrible experience.
