I ordered a knife from them advertized as "free" with only shipping charges.

I discovered my credit card was charged three days in a row $59.95. These guys are nothing but thieves.

Ordered a "FREE" knife from them. With shipping and a mysterious separate $3.95 charge it cost $10. then another charge for a subscription I didn't order. Did ge hold of the and canceled it. Got the knife and is poor quality, only opens halfway as it is not assisted. Never again.

Got a deal for a knife. Never got the knife then was charged for a subscription magazine that I never signed up for.

This is a terrible site. We ordered a pistol holster and then tried to cancel future goods an services. They mysteriously didn’t get our request to cancel and charged us twice for so called magazines. We cancelled again through a different portal and we were successful. Overall we paid over $100 for a $7.00 holster. It is almost impossible to get in touch with them.Stay far away from this site!

less than 1 star.. unknown charges and is a scam

In November I responded to an offer to buy a firearm securing heavy-duty magnetic handgun vehicle mount. I paid $6.95 plus $2.95 shipping. I actually did receive the magnetic mount, as promised. Then about 3 weeks later TACTICALUSA.COM attempted to debit my account by 59.99. VISA, thankfully, flagged it as fraudulent transaction and declined the debit and called me to report the attempt. The card was immediately deactivated and I was forced to get a new card!
Beware, TACTICALUSA.COM is a crooked, thieving business website.

This website has taken hundreds of dollars from my bank account with a fraudulent order. I am reporting these people to the FBI.
Fraud is rampant on the web and these people are at the head of the line.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I ordered a knife for 12.95 and they took an extra 59.95 for a membership that I did not agree to and was not mentioned anywhere at the time of order. On top of that I still haven't received the item I ordered.

I was foolish enough to buy a leather holster from them for $9.95.
It came from an affiliate website I’m familiar with.
Numerous emails to them and it’s not resolved. I’ll have to file a complaint with my credit card company.
Edit: I called and spoke with Kevin who informed me that they’re experiencing delays and shipping it is now
4-6 weeks out, but he’ll make it a priority.

What a scam, how does this company stay in business? Avoid at all costs

Like everyone else here, I too am getting 59.95 deducted every month, and they won't stop. Targeted toward the military and their families. Tactical USA is a disgrace.

I ordered a give from tactical use and back in August of 2020. Starting in September of 2020 they have charged me $39.95 a month for a "membership" I did not sign up for or agree to. These are fraudulent charges and they refuse to refund them. They are a deceptive in their business practices and pray on people through monthly credit card charges. They have charged me $559.30 over the past year+

Im sorry to say it but Tactical USA were definitely great. I paid shipping for 2 red dot laser beams for my firearms and recieved them from order to arrival in one week and a half. Product was great and i have not been charged a recurring charge at all.. They have earned my business for a lifetime

Don’t order from TacticalUSA, it’s a SCAM! They sent me an email to get a pocket knife for just the cost of shipping. I saw $6.95 show up on my credit card, the 3 weeks later they charged me 59.95. I couldn’t reach them through their customer service, the whole thing is a SCAM…

Called numerous times, pure junk. Stay far away from tactical usa

I, too, got the recurring $60 monthly charge (x three months). So I called Tactical USA to get the charge discontinued. Annalisa was incredibly helpful, and got my account to show that the $59.95 monthly charge was not authorized. (Apparently we all missed the part where we had 14 days to opt out.)

Then I commented that it would be nice if they would reverse the charges, but that I didn’t expect them to.

Guess what? They reversed all three months of charges!

All I did was to keep a friendly, courteous tone with them, and Annalisa couldn’t have been more helpful!

And let’s be honest … if we as consumers had paid closer attention to the details of the transactions we made with Tactical USA we wouldn’t have been charged the recurring fees. So it’s actually our fault, not theirs.

Ordered a holster for "just $6.95 s/h" and they charged me $59.95 a month for an undisclosd membership to NOTHING! Then I get notifications that products I didn't order are on their way and/or backordered and/or that I "won" something I need to pay s/h on. It's a massive scam & I'm having trouble getting my money back!

Made a purchase of a holster for 9.95 shipping and handling. My bank account was changed 59.95 for a membership. The ad said nothing about membership or having to join anything. Next month again a change of 59.95 again showed up. I called to find out the story that’s when I was informed of the membership fee. Told them to remove me from there membership list, and that I wanted my money back for it. This is a scam to say the least, the old saying if it sounds to good to be true applies here. Save yourself time and money and headaches. STAY AWAY FROM TACTICAl USA. The only thing tactical is their dirty tricks and tactics.

I ordered one item and NEVER received it and now they have charges me 2 months in a row for services NOT received! This is a scam for sure!!!

I ordered a product and was advised it was "back ordered" with no known time frame for delivery. I requested a refund and TacticalUSA agreed.
Forward 3 months..I was out of state in Louisiana doing storm recovery and had little access to computer. I returned home to find that Tactical has been billing me $59.95 for the last 3 months (also no cancellation). The only way I could talk to someone with reason was DEMANDing a Supervisor. WATCH OUT FOR THESE SCAMMERS. Thankfully I have a decent credit card compant that has disputed all charges against me.
