Paid 9.95 for a "FREE" shooting bag in June of 2021, and have unknowingly been paying a monthly 59.95 subscription fee. I have been bilked out of over $1200.00. I will be seeking legal recourse.

I paid $9.95 shipping and handling for a free box of ammo in June 2023. Now I discovered a $59.95 charge from the company. I called customer service and was told this $59.95 charge was for a membership to their magazine. I finally got them to agree to issue a reversal of the charge. He said it may take up to 7 days to get this charge refunded. We’ll see!!

I was charged $59.95 again I called.the bank about being ripped off by this company tacticalusa.com. And the bank didnt block them from charging my bank card again and they charged my checking account another $59.95 and I have to wait 8 days to get a credit for my money back! It should have been blocked in June when they did it the first time! This company is ripping people off like crazy and they are still in business. They should have there website taken down a long time.ago but I guess they are going to let them keep scamming and ripping people out of there money!

I can't really recall what the hell I may have purchased on or any other site (since they work as a tag team) this site. I do know that many if not these online equipment sales use this deceptive technique i.e. get something for an extremely low price if not free and then in the fine print you unknowingly sign up for a training program. It is a good money-making scheme. And true, the better business has done very little.

It is absolutely outrageous, that with all the BBB complaints, all of same types of negative reviews and reports of people having their monies outright stolen from their bank accounts by this company, going back years and STILL, they're in business and have not changed their shady business practices one iota, or better yet - been put OUT of business all together!

It's just astonishing that the United States of America seems to careless when it comes to protecting the hard working citizens of this nation from such blatant, fraudulent companies such as this one!

Obviously, I was duped, exactly like everyone else here. Seems even the American banks - our own banks, are certainly not defending us either or returning our funds, they're seemingly complicit and appear to be friendly to this company running these scams on the people of America, and therefore adding insult to injury! They absolutely should be put out of business!

I am giving them 5 stars for reversing all of the unauthorized charges. My wife ordered a “pay shipping only” item and months later we discovered a $59.95 recurring charge. I contacted them and they reversed all of the charges. Still unethical how they sign you up for a subscription without your knowledge because they obtain your credit card info. We were still forced to cancel our card to avoid future charges which is a major hassle. Whoever takes the original order probably gets a bonus for every subscription so he/she simply checks the box. Not quite a scam but unethical. If you are a victim of this I would contact them to reverse the charges.

Like everyone else I got a charge for $59.95 for a subscription I never authorized. I was able to talk with a live person and after a litany of offers to modify and sweeten the deal I finally got them to reverse the charge I have saved all the emails in case.

As those before me stated…this is a scam…I don’t even remember what I ordered through them for shipping cost only…checked my account and there was the charge of $59.95…for what…now I have to contact my bank and try to get a refund and change my account….total pain in the ass !

I order a knife from Tactical USA for $6.95 and I never got it. However, I did get charged $59.95 for a subscription I never ordered. This went on for 3 months before I coaught it. When you by something from them you are automatically billed for a subscription for $59.95. When I questioned them, they tried to sell me something else. I had to cancel my credit card.

I ordered a free S&W knife for the cost of shipping charges. Called and had the charges removed. Now I looked on my credit card and charged me almost 60 dollars. A total ripoff SCAM! I NEVER JOINED THEM!

Negative 5 stars. Total scam. You purchase an item and the trick you into signing up for a bogus subscription. Subscription for what?! Who knows. Must be in such fine print it is not noticeable. Fought charges through credit card company and lost. Do not deal with this company

Ordered item, paid shipping. 2 weeks later 59.95 charged my bank, same day my rent check hit. Has messed up my account and with my rental company costing me $$$ fees I don't have..Texas Veteran on disability living paycheck to paycheck thanks tacticalusa

Like everyone else, 2 weeks a large charge, I screwed up and offered 2 items so double. I did call and got through however they say they can't find the other and need to have another department call me, that still hasn't happened, just waiting for the back to open so I can cancel it. I did look for fine print, I didn't see anything, but I'm sure it's there. Yeah me not to Google this one before hand

Same as everyone else. Ordered a product and only had to cover shipping. 2 weeks later a sudden 59.95 charge on my card at 10pm pacific on a saturday so of course theres no way to get ahold of them. According to their website its a subscription for "online tactical training" which their site does not offer. 100% SCAM company. Not sure how a business like this exists nowadays? Luckily I used a virtual account so if Im able to get ahold of them on monday and get a refund, I will immediately delete that account. I dont have high hopes Ill see that $60 again.

This company also goes by tactical2day.com, they advertise an item for free then after a week or so they charge your account for $60. I have not been able to contact them yet but I suspect i won't get my money back without going through my bank

Would give a zero if i could. They have been charging me for 9 months and i have canceled every month for 6 of the months. Had to get mean and they finally said they would refund $375 which is 9.95 a month plus 35 each time for debiting a closed acct. Dont believe i will ever see it! Still didnt get a cancelation email to any of 3 emails i gave them. SCAM. STAY AWAY

Here is my message to them:
I just found out that you have been billing me ever since October 2022. $6.95 in October and $59.95 for November - March. I don't even know who you are or what I am being billed for. I just talked to your billing department and they are refunding the charges.
I am amazed that you would actually do this in the first place, I would never, NEVER agree to any type of monthly billing and I don't even remember what I bought from you that you might have used to trick me into this... these are very unfair business practices.

Got email saying thanks for magazine subscription date stamped 3/29/23 @ 11:54 pm, I was sleeping. Emailed to cancel asap I read email to cancel, their response-Upon checking, this is a subscription offer that wasn't cancelled within its trial period. Are they kidding me, less than 6 hours is outside of trial period for something I never ordered?? Will be contacting my card company to block ALL future attempts to charge my card. 3/30/2023 7:17 am
