I ordered a abb muscle stimulator from them when it came in i reas the instructions it said if you had any heart problems do not use this. I have two heart stents. so i could not use.so i contacted them ww.tacticalxabs.com according to their return policy if you return the item in new unused and in same package they would refundyou money. but when i tried to return it they did not have a return center in the states and would not refund my money.

I am having a billing problem and there is no one to talk with about it. Tacticalxabs.com is listed on my bank account. I have received a charge 3-2-26, 2-2-26, 12-31-25, 12-01-25, 10-27-25, & 09-09-25. I don't won't to complain or explain detail here. I just want to be able to contact someone at Tacticalxabs. Is there something about my purchase that was a subscription? I thought it was a purchase without additional charge. I have questions and there no email, chat, phone# to contact them.
Can you help me?

Edit: Product works great after 2 days. I mean, I feel it working my abs and triceps. Let's see after some time if it brings real results. Will report back!

I purchased the product which was fine. They started charging my account for a VIP service which I never signed up for. No refund. Be careful

Detective product, don't buy. My device began malfunctioning after about 7 weeks and was completely ineffective after 9 weeks. And it's a 30-day return policy! If you try calling them you'll be greeted by indifference and you'll issue will not be resolved. Truly a moneymaking scheme.

What a piece of crap! The ads are so misleading. I paid over $70 for this thing that barely works and hardly sticks. What a scam! This product is the reason I don't buy things on line.

This product is a slam dunk scam targeted to the never ending supply of suckers. The product is not from the Clapper line of clap on clap off lights. You think you stick this product to your abdomen and sleep all day every day for a month and on Christmas you're Superman? I bought this product and tried it for two weeks while eating peanut butter with a spoon and drinking beer and guess my results? I'm a weakling who can't do a situp, a pushup or a pull up, and the product doesn't work and I'm trying to get a refund. This is a fake product made successful by advertising and gullible consumers.

Warning ‼️. You automatically are subscribed and they deduct $34.73 soon after your order and every month after. I’m still trying to cancel a subscription I did not sign up for.

BEWARE: I ordered through a click ad and did not notice there is a monthly subscription. To date, they won't cancel my monthly subscription. I just got charged again today. What a pain in the Abs!!!

I enjoyed using it. It's the original Tactical-X Abs company. Can feel it working my abs as soon as I put it on. The company is responsive and phone centre available 24/7.

Purchased the product for mid drift weight loss. 11 Weeks now and no progress. I work out 3 times perweek, eat health, get plenty of rest yet NOTHING. Contacted them and was told: "Results can vary since each body responds differently, but to maximize effectiveness we recommend consistent use, proper hydration, balanced nutrition, enough rest, and regular exercise.
These together with the device usually bring the best outcome."
I do all that and more. Still NOTHING. I'm certain this rating won't do much good as they've already raked in millions. Hopefully it will save someone a few bucks in the future.

This thing is a pile of crap, WILL NOT stick to u after a couple uses. Waste of money, do not buy this product, unless u wanna give away your money

I seriously regret buying this Tactical x abs. I tried 3 pads plus 2 center controls and never got above a 5 percent response. I tried to get a refund but they refused it. Don't waste your money. It's a scam!

The product works. My abs are popping after 10 days :)

I recently tried the Tactical-X ab stimulator to see if it could help tone my core (I hate crunches). It device was easy to use—and I liked that it's lightweight, portable, and simple to strap on or apply with the sticky gel pads. It has I think 20 intensity levels, which I appreciated since I could start low and work my way up as I got comfortable with the sensations. The electrical pulses definitely made my abs contract and also worked on my biceps. After a few weeks of consistent use (about 15 minutes a day), I noticed a slight improvement in muscle firmness and endurance. It’s a nice addition if you’re already active or looking to supplement your routine.

All was perfect. Customer support is on top, and the product quality is great too. After some time of use I noticed some changes in my midsection where I always had issues with fat there. Highly recommended.
