TAGGRS is fantastic!

TAGGRS is the tool we use to set up server-side tracking on all our clients. It works great for GA4, Google Ads, and Meta. That's what we use it for most but I know it can be used anywhere. Their support team is fantastic. They're always willing to hop on a call to help you with any issues you are having. I would highly recommend them. They also have a great offer in terms of what the server costs.

Great support

The customer support response from Taggrs has always been very quick and excellent as well. The information and templates on the site are also quite useful.

You can't unsub from their subscription, you have to write to them. To bad they don't anser in any way, scam all the way.

De tool is technisch sterk, betrouwbaar en continu in ontwikkeling. Wat voor ons écht het verschil maakt, is de support: snel, inhoudelijk en meedenkend. Even chatten betekent binnen 5 minuten antwoord hebben op je vragen!

Dankzij Taggrs kunnen wij onze klanten helpen aan betere data, meer controle en een solide basis voor optimalisatie, zonder onnodige complexiteit. Wij raden Taggrs dan ook van harte aan aan iedere organisatie of agency die serieus werk wil maken van server side tracking.

Enige punt van kritiek: je moet wel zelf weten hoe server side tracking werkt, want bij Taggrs helpen ze je niet tot nauwelijks ergens bij.

Great support!

I encountered some issues with my set-up and the support team provided just the right answers and guide my trough it.

Even with average knowledge on this topic, i set-up SST myself. But not with the help of the great team behind TAGGRS.

Can't cancel subscription online.

While the service itself works as expected, the lack of a clear and self-service subscription cancellation option is unacceptable. Requiring users to contact support and then email to cancel creates unnecessary friction and goes against modern consumer protection standards and SaaS best practices.

Thank you for your feedback. In the past we have had a number of customers cancel the subscription, when they didn’t understand the impact on data loss on all the connected platforms. Especially since we work with a lot of agency clients, whom tracking is managed by the agency. For this reason we choose to build in an extra security step to make sure cancellations are happening for the right reason.

Awesome as always
