Having somebody else to book all the trains and make all the seat reservations took away a lot of pressure. The hotels were all near train stations and top class.

Convenience and ease of use - just use the next ticket on a single provided pdf - mostly QR codes to show train conductors, and hotels prepaid so easy check-in - hotels often within walking distance to the most interesting parts of medieval towns

I had an amazing holiday and Tailor Made Rail were very professional and helpful from beginning to end. I would recommend them to anyone. Good value Very good hotels Need to be able to manage elements of the journey independently from the provided information ie due to train changes . Using the the individual train companies apps essential Great fun and a great way to see places . You get much more insight to the countries visited than usin plane travel
