Lack of Transparency about ongoing charges
Lack of Transparency about ongoing charges. I signed up for the 4-week course and was automatically charged for an additional 4 weeks. There is nowhere within the app to actually cancel and it actually was charged an additional 4 weeks even though it was still 1 day from the expiration of the initial period. Attempts to receive a refund for this additional charge was appallingly unsatisfactory.

The subscription information lacked any transparency. I was charged 6 times the amount for the second month than the advertised £15.99

It was easy to sign up and they provided legitimate contact information and also cancelation instructions if needed. They only took out the stated fees from my bank. No hidden fees. So far my experience with them has been easy and pleasant. I look forward to a beneficial relationship with TAIOGA.
