I ordered Ultra pouches and received them which took 2 weeks for starters. I moved my subscription to 12 weeks since I got 6 cans, that was September 2nd. On September 30th I was charged again for another 6. Customer service basically said tough luck because the order was already on its way. They can't do math and they will not make it right. Stay away from these shady characters.

I can't believe this heist still exists. I placed my order and got charged five more times after the order was completed. I never received any pouch after paying 5x more

Be careful subscribing. There is no option on their website to cancel, you can only skip orders. You hsve to email them.
I emailed them in September canceling my subscription. They still shipped and billed me in October. I sent another email within hours of receiving confirmation of a charge from my bank asking why it was processed. The reply i received indicated that they never received my cancellation email and couldn't cancel the current order because it has been hours since billing me and all sales are final. And it was a Saturday. No carrier in the US is picking up orders on Saturday unless it's expedited 2 day. Which in the case it was not.
This is a below average over priced product. If you're looking for something that truly enhances cognition, go with MRDR pouches.

They won’t let me cancel. There are no options to and when I try to cancel, it glitches. I’ve been trying to cancel for months and have been talking to customer service about canceling for well over a month but they keep charging. Stay away from this scam!

I bought their product once from an IG ad. Hated it. There was no discernable option for a monthly subscription when I purchased it so I thought there would be no other business with them and no future order to cancel. But a month later they charge me for a reoccurrance of the order, minus the discount, without permission or warning. This is an unauthorized use of consumer financial info. Its theft.
When I emailed TO CANCEL THE ORDER THEY MADE FOR ME and offer to mail their package back and get a refund they refused claiming that edible products cant be returned. So its deliberate.
I had this happen once years ago with an online company. I wrote the federal agency overseeing their license, did a charge back, and got them fined. Then the state they were located in conducted a class action lawsuit and put them out of business.
Who would like to join a class action settlement against "takeUltra", or Ultra Inc, with me? They're located in Brooklyn, so maybe an NYC legal firm would like to make some money??

Experiencing the same exact thing as everyone else.

they get you on a subscription, the pouches absolutely suck and taste like a chemical bath. you contact to cancel, they claim shipment is in route but they will cancel you right after, then you find out they are STILL charging you months later claim9ing you missed an additional cancelation email, after their agent clearly states cancelation is hanlded.

This company has a mediocre product at best and has extremely preditory bill and cancelation practices. They will enroll you in a billing subscription without your knowledge and will not refund or cancel

I canceled my sub, they still charged me and shipped anyway. Even though they had over a 24 hour notice of "accidently" charging me. Once I saw the charge, I emailed them, they shipped the order anyway 28 hours later, then emailed me claiming they couldn't cancel the order because it already shipped. Terrible customer service, terrible product. They state you can try it risk free, but offer no refunds or anyway to ask about refunds even when contacted. They ignored every email request.

Crooked business with crooked business practices. Product is as crappy as their service. False claims on product and they lie about their cancelation policy. They should goto jail for the scam they are running.

STRAIGHT UP SCAM. PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER THEY SIGN YOU UP FOR A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION.....ZERO HEADS UP EMAIL ABOUT THE NEXT SHIPMENT TILL ITS TOO LATE AND THEY ALREADY CHARGED THE CC.

I couldn’t give this company a zero star but as a business owner myself they will not go far scamming people. Not only did I not want to pay for another months subscription.. I went to cancel my subscription multiple times and it stated it was processed multiple times. Never really used to product and it’s really just another Chinese scam product. They charged me again for something that I did not want and even at that I sent them the previous cancellation emails to only find out they still charged me for an order that was supposed to be canceled. So not only did they just continue to ship the package when I emailed them in plenty of time to cancel the order. They waited until the day of when I guess the subscription was supposed to start again and email me back saying the product already shipped. I let them know numerous times that I had canceled but there customer service kept stating the same thing that I didn’t fully cancel the subscription… even when I have two separate emails stating the account was cancelled and upon trying to send them these they just told me the same thing just to grab that extra buck from me. I have the emails dates and times regarding this. PRODUCT WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Fraud is there game!

I would rate this company with zero stars. Not worth trying. You have to subscribe to purchase. It says you can cancel anytime but right after I purchased in July I followed their process for canceling subscription which you have to do via email. We went back and forth and I thought it was canceled. Well to my surprise I was charged another 48$ this month (August). I got in touch via email again and was told that my subscription is definitely canceled now but unfortunately I can not receive a refund because it's already locked by their warehouse. Terrible company. I do NOT recommend at all. Now I have $50 dollars worth of trash coming to my house that can't be refunded. Great.

SCAM - They lock you into subscriptions and OVERCHARGE

They auto sign you up for a subscription even if you select not to, then when they charge you they give you 3 hours to cancel the subscription after they charge you which is at 1 am. Yeah don't buy from this company.

This review will be two parts.
1. The Product 2. The Company itself

Taste: The fruitier pouches taste the best in my opinion, unfortunately the flavor only lasts between 2-10 minutes before the vitamins and nootropics begin to overpower the flavor and your left with a non pleasant aftertaste. Peppermint or mint isn’t awful but at best the flavor only lasts 15-20 minutes before the same thing happens. Wintergreen tastes 100% like cheap toothpastes and is the worst of them all.

Pouch: the size and texture of the pouch is probably the only thing this company nailed.

Cognition benefits as advertised: all lies, you can order the same nootropics at a fraction of the cost in pill form. Looking at the amount contained in a pouch it’s not enough to provide any benefit to the user.

2. The company

Ordering requires paying higher prices via something like amazon or signing up for a subscription on their website. They make it a hassle to cancel.

Refunds: if you forget to cancel your subscription they pull payment around 4am Eastern time. They do this because their refund policy is “no refunds after product has shipped” this happened to me but I managed to catch it in time, took screenshots of their website stating what part of the process the order was on, and then emailed them. They told me they couldn’t refund and that their policy didn’t allow them to cancel “once it moves past their 3 hour modification window” but that’s not what the policy says online. (I also have screenshots of that)

Overall this is an expensive and bad product from a shady company. 0/10 stars

I tried buying 3 flavors from them, they took my money, but kept sending me emails stating they were sold out, but yet you can still buy from them. They never sent me my order but kept my money. Never buy from them, they're liars and fake. And it took them a Monty to respond back to my request for a tracking number, all they said was they were sold out.

Do not buy from this company! First of all the product doesn't work. It's trash! When I received notification that a second order was shipping, I emailed immediately and they said they couldn't cancel. I asked if I could refuse delivery and get a refund, they said no! This company is a total scam. I've canceled twice and they keep billing my credit card.

I would strongly recommend staying away from this company. The subscription process was easy to sign up for, but when I tried to cancel, there was no way to cancel the subscription through their website.

I contacted them by email on August 2nd specifically to cancel, and I was under the impression everything had been cancelled. Then, on August 10th, I was charged again. I immediately emailed them again—literally within minutes of seeing the charge—and asked them to cancel the order and stop the subscription.

Despite my repeated attempts to cancel, they refused to cancel the order.

This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. A company should not make it easy to sign up for a recurring subscription but then make it extremely difficult to cancel. I feel like I was deliberately kept in a subscription I had already tried to cancel

This business is a scam. They don’t notify you that you are enrolling into a subscription when you purchase through the website. The product tastes horrible and makes me sick. I tried canceling my order and it was extremely hard to find where to cancel. I finally emailed them and asked for a refund since the new package hadn’t shipped and they refused to refund me. You also aren’t able to write a review on their website.

Refused to cancel my order. They processed it even tho I had not subscribed. Then they refused to cancel the order even tho it has not been shipped yet. Customer service told me to bad. Argued with me about how their subscription shows up and what the meaning of their "cancel anytime" means. And then tried to put another order through after that. The pouches btw don't do anything. They do not give you a feeling of focus. They don't even give you a feeling of a caffeinated buzz. Do not purchase.
