DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!! Absolute ripoff! What they advertise is nothing like what you recieve, they do not offer a refund! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I need to complement 2 things oboat the smelly cats.
Those ,what they cold luxery skulpture cats.
They smell so much,so you need to do something with them.
I clean them with dishwash and water.
So after the clening,i heard something inside,and the cat was full of water from my dishwater. I shake the cat, and realyse,the water dont coming out. And i just touch the cats eye,and the eye falling inside the cats head.
So now the cat its full of water,have 1 eye,and still smell diskusting.
This cat go direkt to the garbish ,with the other 4cats,i bought.
Because the company,just give me 20% back.
They said,that is the best we can offer,and dont write to us again.

Fake product, not as described.
I ordered the luxury glass cat head and got a revolting imitation that looked scary and smelled really badly of paint. I contacted them and they progressively offered me more partial refunds, 10%, 20% then 30%, and try wanted to charge me a return and restocking charge. Why restock a fake item, unless they want to con someone else? I have opened a case with PayPal, and am hoping they will resolve it.

Complete scam. I bought an advent calendar. The "dolls" were flat peices of plastic. It is so overpriced its actually ridiculous. I complained and they asked for a photo (as if they didn't know what they had sent out).

Absolutely a scam company. Package never arrived, stated was delivered to my porch of which I don't have its a door on the front street, customer service state its my job to find the package and contact delivery company etc.

Description and quality is nothing like the picture shown.
Extremely let down.

The item received is nothing like the advert in appearance or material, they claim that they are plastic when they are actually a soft rubber, absolute rubbish.
Not suitable for adults and certainly not for children.

I ordered an adventure calendar from talkoko. I immediately attempted to cancel it within their terms. They somehow connected me to a law firm and I was billed $80, in addition to the $24 for the calendar!
It was not canceled or refunded.
The same $24 advent calendar is $11 on Amazon!
This company is fraud

Orderd a advent calender for my grandaughter .what a waste of money,nothing like the picture.could have got better from pound shop.Highland cows !more like bits of plastic.will never order from this company again, total rip off

Purchased a Luxury Black Cat Sculpture, they are also sold by many others. Supposed to be a polished natural marble cat head. What I received was a lump of resin with bored holes for eyes, with plastic eyes that didn't fit and lines piped over the whole thing to resemble veins, I think, and unpolished. Did not look anything like the picture article. Looked like a nightmare. Even my dustbin would have thrown it back at me. I requested on their 'chat' a full refund but they only offered a measly 10% of the purchase price increased to 20% because their shipping costs were so high! as if this was my fault. There was no refund portal and was offered for £1, an IT company who would help, this carried a monthly cost of £39 if you did not cancel within 3 days, I did not take this up. Thank goodness I paid with Paypal, who sorted my refund out within 2 minutes with my photos & emails to back me up. Please don't get fooled. They should not be allowed to market this, it's totally misleading. I would have rated 0 stars if possible. Not to be trusted.
