SCAM. BEWARE!!!

They email, call and harass you trying to tell you you owe money for a service you never signed up for. Do not give them your information; they will likely search for you to find as many ways to harass you as they can already.

This is a scam, we never signed up for it and they keep spamming our email saying they are going to report us to the credit bureau. The phone number goes to a bot. We are probably going to have to take this to our attorney to get them to stop. If a real human contacts you from there, do not give them your information.

This company is terrible.
I did not signed any contract with them. Have not used them or ever received a lead. To cancel the free 14 days, they make you get into their website and pay $9.99. I did that to stop and cancelled an account that I never opened. They failed to send me a cancellation notice. They had my credit card so they are trying now to collect on a daily basis . I had to get a new credit card. They are threatening to report me to transunion and other credit bureaus. They do not answer emails, just to threaten you and collect money. You cannot talk to a real person. You call them and a guy Mark answers that is not a real person.
I get daily emails from a girl Sheila Talk with Lead.com now trying to collect $338.89 This has been going on since July 31,k 2025. I have no idea what this is for ?
Stay away from them. Read their complaints online. They are scammers and crooks.

Uses multiple domains, has spammed non-stop,
most domains are blocked on filters so, if you are using them, you're 99.8% of the time going to be marked as spammer

I am a self-employed sole trader with a website to capture sales and leads. I live in the UK.
The Talk with Leads sales pitch sounded very convincing so I paid $1 for a 14-day trial. After 12 days, I had only received 2 phone calls, so I e-mailed them to cancel the service.
I had paid the $1 from my business account through PayPal. As a precaution, I kept my business account very low so that they could not claim another payment. Unfortunately, one of my personal bank accounts was also registered with Paypal. So when there was insufficient money in my business, PayPal took the cash from my personal account.
There are several different levels of subscription , including $240 per month for large companies. But
as a sole trader, I had intended to subscribe to the basic service at $40 per month.
The payment taken was $225.99 - a completely random figure - but that bank account had a balance of about $227. So they must have tried to claim slowly reducing amounts several different times before they found the maximum they could deduct in one payment.
I e-mailed to request a refund several times with no luck. They never reply to my e-mails. Also, I phoned and I was told that "the only way you can cancel is through the software program" but that is not explained anywhere in their sales pitch.
I am receiving regular e-mails claiming an outstanding balance of $451 now, although I had cancelled. Also they phone regularly, but only one or two rings, so when I pick up the phone they have rung off already.
I have cancelled yet again, and I get a dire warning that I will be reported by "the credit card processing bank Not our company" to Equifax and Transunion credit bureaus for non payment of the debt, which could affect my ability to get a mortgage or loans for the next 7 years. There is a button "I agree to report my non payments to the credit bureau" if I don't press that then the alternative is to pay the outstanding balance or not cancel the subscription.

As with other people here, this is a scamming company. They deal in bad faith. They have no integrity. They will steal your money for no services. This is the same story of everybody here do not use this company. They are a sham their services are worthless. All their reviews on their site are fake reviews purchased. When you look at real reviews, the 1.3 deserves to be out of business, let’s all hope that’ll happen. Still waiting for my money clowns.

most unreliable company. I have been charged $225 in my bank account without using their service. I have been sending around 20 emails and they continue to fill my mail with junk without taking into consideration the email. There is someone called Andy and Sheila who would continuously bombard with emails, i have sent info@talkwithlead. Once someone replied and when i was asking for my refund because i didnt even used their service and i cldnt even cancel the subscription. Now i dont put any amount on my credit card just for them not to charge me but i need my refund else will be filing complaint everywhere on google on them. They have been sending a montly bill for $225 n then spam my mailbox every day while ignoring my request to stop spamming me.
I am waiting for them to refund me. They dont even deserve 1 star. I always give credit where credit is due but after 20 times i have sent email to support, Andy and Sheila now i feel they are scammers.

this is the most unreliable "company" you can deal with. they will try to charge for somting you never signed for (it enouge to leave them your email address so they will start to send you a montly bill for $250
then they will spam your mailbox every day whilr ignoring your request to stop spamming me

How can you sell a lead generation service without being able to handle your own "leads"

Even if you unsub to their mailist they will continue to spam you.

I did a review on them before. The created me out of 130 dollars after I cancelled their service after a few days. They refused to issue a refund. They spam me multiple times a week. Now, despite the fact I disputed the charge they have charged me twice more many months later, for 50 dollars and again for 130 dollars. They sent an email saying my subscription had "renewed". These people are total scammers. Stay away! Never give them your credit card or you'll be really sorry!

Let me add on that now they sent me this: Again, Please remove the negative reviews you have posted. Once this is done, send us a screenshot.

We will void all your invoices once this is done. Yes, your account will be closed and no payment is required.

So they are telling me if I delete a truthful review (it's been verified by TrustPilot) they'll refund my money. I basically told them where to stick it.

Let me add something else. When I told them I won't remove the reviews they also threatened to post bad reviews about MY COMPANY and report me to the credit bureaus.

Now I'm getting a ton of spam they are creating, asking people to contact my email address and phone number. They must hire a team of professional spammers to fill out contact forms all over the world.

These are absolutely the lowest people on god's earth!

Let me add that they are still spamming me daily from some fake bot named Eric Jones. Their new site is Results Lead Generation. Of course they changed the name, because Talk with Lead's name is dirt. The website is: resultleadgeneration.com

The level of spam from these guys is unreal.
At first it was my work email and now Personal. I have unsubscribed (for the millionth time).

They spam my website touting for business and have no point of contact. Avoid at all cost

Won’t stop calling and clogging up my sales lines. I’ve asked them to stop repeatedly. I have records of continued harassment and had to send them to trust pilot to get this review approved. It is a fact and provable. Not to mention all the other reviews saying the same thing.

Talkwithlead.com is phenomenal I recently started using them and I have already converted leads to actual sales. This thing was a godsend..

They sell a service where they put a widget on your site that calls you if someone inquires. And it works. But they offer a 14 day trial and even if you cancel (which I did) they keep charging you. I disputed this with my credit card company. Now they are threatening to go to the credit bureaus against me to hurt my credit! When you go to cancel they have a message “I wish to cancel and I regret you’ll report my unpaid bill to the credit bureau”. That's the only option to cancel! I email them and they don't reply. They finally replied and told me how to cancel, which I had already done 2 months ago (before a charge should have appeared). They keep emailing, texting and trying to call me telling me I owe them money! You can't call them. They cite "because of Covid-19" we can't answer your call. These guys are scammers through and through. Stay away!

UN AUTHORISE CHARGE
l Last week I got an email from Adam who works at Talkwithlead telling me about their SEO package.
I never reply and the next day my card was charged $57.51 and I've made more than 50 calls to contact them.

Finally, after I use profanity words they reply and blatantly told me my card was not charged. I have proof to show.

Oh really? I have more than 35 messages from you guys. I wish I could screen shot those message!!
But I have shown receipt of the charges.

These people have been sending me spam for months and refuse to stop.
I even requested a call back and spoke to a guy who was incredibly rude and as a blatant act of defiance they increased the level of spam they send.
If anyone knows the true identity of the people behind this front, I’d love to know.

In response to the reply to the reply from Talkwithlead.com; 1/ please as previously requested reply to my subject access request and provide my original opt-in data.
No genuine consent means spam. 2/ what is the genuine registered address and trading style of Talkwithlrad.com? The reply to my SAR requires that if Talkwithlead.com is a sole trader then the home address and full name and date of birth of the individual or individuals are required, if Talkwithlead.com is incorporated then the full registered details are required.
I await the reply from Talkwithlead.com as I’m sure do many others.
