I recently made a purchase using Tamara’s split payment option. However, without my clear knowledge or explicit consent, a “Smart Membership” was automatically activated on my account, and I have been charged 19 AED monthly.

I find this practice misleading and unacceptable, as I did not intentionally subscribe to any paid membership service. Customers should not be enrolled in recurring payment plans without clear and transparent authorization.

I request the immediate cancellation of this membership and a refund of all charges deducted under this subscription.

Total ripp off - I have purchased online from Sharaf DJ and Tamara states no interest to split the payment. Upon check out i reviewed my balance which was AED 3115 - When Tamara sent me the OTP and I confirmed the order - I noticed that there was an additional amount of AED 179 - when I called Tamara, they adviced that this is an admin fees ! It was very clam response from them - be aware as it will not mention that there is an admin fees anywhere !! Smart way of ripping off people. Tabby is the same concept with no hidden charge. Will never deal with Tamara

I did not enjoy my session with this provider. Not only did she show up late, she then asked me for 5 more minutes to “get situated” before beginning. We got started 20 minutes after my appointment started. She seemed to not know what she was talking about and seemed to struggle putting her words together and explaining things. By the end of the call she had prescribed me a sleep medication and failed to even ask during the entire call if I was taking any medication. I had to bring it to her attention at the end of the call that she hadn’t asked me and that I was in fact taking other prescription medications. This could have been an issue if the medication had a reaction to what I am already taking so I do not feel this should be take. Lightly.. I would not recommend this provider.

"My experience with Tamara was frustrating due to misleading payment information. I was initially enticed by the advertised monthly payment of 3600 for a 14000 purchase. However, after verifying my ID, the first payment unexpectedly jumped to 8800, with the remaining three payments at 1650 each.

While the payment plan itself is convenient, the initial advertisement felt deceptive. The limited FAQ and lack of human support via chat made it impossible to clarify the discrepancy before committing. I'm left questioning whether this was intentional misrepresentation or simply poor communication. Regardless, it was a negative experience."
