My name is Rocsana Marcu and I am the CEO of Tangelo Real Estate. I have been selling property for over 10 years, initially in Romania, after that in UK- London and since a few years I launched Tangelo Real Estate in Dubai, too. Dubai has always been a second home for me because I used to spend a lot of time there since I was 20 and most all my friends and real estate clients live in Dubai. I am a PR Specialist, a Legal Expert, and a mother of two beautiful girls. l passed my Real Estate exams in London and began working as a Real Estate Agent, in North London. I am fully qualified by Propertymark in Residential Lettings, Property Management and Sales too. Real estate felt like a good transition for me because I’d met so many people and I’m good at building relationships and making contacts. Even if I was a tv presenter since I was 18 and a Singer since 14, I was never comfortable with the fame thing (at least since I became a mother). I know that the duty of confidentiality requires the real estate agent to keep confidential all information provided to the agent and I respect that. My daughters are so delighted about me, being an estate agent and they told me they are so happy that finally I have got a proper job. My parents are happy too and they don’t have to worry about what they are going to read about me anymore. (at least not for the moment) :). I’m crazy about selling houses, property and real estate is my thing. It always has been, but most people haven’t known about it – until now! Relocation arrangements
We just rented a house with the help of Rocsana.She was very helpful and friendly from the first day. Although we didn't meet personaly and contacted through phone,she made sure everything was arranged smoothly so didn't go through any hassle at all. Would highly recommend her to any one.
