I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but my recent experience with TanningLotionDepot has been an absolute nightmare.

I placed a $250 order, but only received 1/4 of the items. Worse, because of incredibly poor packaging—a thin box with almost no protection—everything that did arrive was damaged.

When I contacted them to resolve this, the response was shocking. They were openly rude, blamed me for the issue, and flatly refused to refund my money or ship the missing items I had already paid for.

I filed a chargeback with my credit card company.

The business successfully lobbied the bank to re-charge me.

When I reached out one last time to ask them to do the right thing, they literally told me, "Good luck with that."

It took months of escalation and stress to finally get my money back permanently. Save yourself the headache and the risk—do not order from them. They have zero integrity and clearly do not value their customers.

I had an order sitting in my cart waiting to do it today because I was going to be gone and didn't want it to come while I was gone. When I went in to do it they had raised the price of one of my lotions from $39.50 to $79.50. I was pissed!! How can they do that? Well, I found it elsewhere. The kicker is that I have been ordering from this company for awhile because they had good deals. Never again!!

I have been dealing with this for almost a MONTH! I received defective product and they will not take it back unless I pay ANOTHER shipping charge. The lotion I received is either counterfeit or expired because it smells just like PAINT or GLUE. This is a replacement bottle for my favorite lotion I know is not supposed to smell like this. Anyways, after several attempts to get ahold of someone in customer service, they finally responded with an offer to take the product back if I pay to ship it back to them. I said how is this fair if I received defective product? After several more attempts to get a response, they finally got back to me but said they smelled other lotions from the batch mine came in and they smelled fine, so they’re not paying for shipping. I know the lotion I received has a STRONG chemical/paint smell-I’m not making it up. And I deserve a prepaid shipping label so I can send it back for a refund. So I emailed them back asking if they are still asking me to pay shipping?? And they have decided to ignore my messages now. I’ve been a long time customer along with my sister and my friends, but I will NEVER order from them again and I will spread the word about this treatment I’ve received.

From the start I talked to Jon Leach in sales and he was very helpful Even called him on the weekend and he answered every time! He is knowledgeable about all tanning things. I placed an order and had to cancel it for reasons that had nothing to do with the company and Jon helped me with getting it cancelled very quickly. I did place a second order with Jon and I am very happy with the price and quality of the bed I purchased and the excellent customer service I received through the whole process. I will order from here again ! Very great experience

I have used this company for over a year now, have bought numerous products from them and have had ZERO complaints. They ship accurately and quickly. I am impressed and will continue to use their website!

I have not received a single reply to 3 emails. I called amd it ramg amd range. I placed am order amd did not get shipping confirmation to my email but the site says it shipped. But no tracking ir anything else. I don't trust this place. I think they robbed me amd ALL should be very wary of this site. What business doesn't answer the phone or respond to emails? A scam one!

Affordable prices, great lotions and excellent customer service!

I'm very specific on what brands I can use due to allergic reactions. Ed Hardy brand works best for me and the multiple selections are really nice to have, for a change of 2 picks in stores near me!

I have received several orders with no problem in the past. Sat I received an order with a bottle of Ed Hardy baby got black, unsealed and had exploded in the box and was all over my other lotion bottles and I was a little aggravated about it, I sent an email to this company and I use the word s*** I got an email back from this company because I had profanity in my email they no longer want to do business with me not a problem, LOL, the bottles were open they were unsealed I was told that some bottles come unsealed I was told I would be refunded for bottle of baby got black, if they really were disgusted by profanity and me as a profanity using person they'd refund all my dirty profane money now wouldnt they
