I had ordered two items and only 1…
I had ordered two items and only 1 arrived. I emailed Tan Organic straight away. I got an email back explaining and apologising for the error. My other item was dispatched straight away and I was also given code for 30% discount off my next order. My second item arrived no problem 2 days later.

I bought the face tan mist!! It does not come out misty!! It hit me in the face like a toy water gun would, every time I sprayed it!! I tried keepin it back a good bit from my face but no, bang!! A shot of it into the face! I emailed tan organic direct to tell them this but they did not reply to me!!

Only received half my order & cannot get a response from the Company
I only received half my order and no delivery docket included.
I appreciate it's a busy time of year but i should at least get some response from the Company.
I really need this item for Christmas.
I have sent emails,left voicemail & an instagram message but heard nothing.Now today phone is not ringing out at all!
I'm not happy with this service.

I only received half my order no docket in box to document what should have been in it....very disappointed I have shopped alot w tanorganic and have always been very happy with service til now....still waiting to have issues resolved

This receipt of tan was perfect however I was annoyed that I didnt receive a response from my last query/compliant that I sent, last bottle of tan did not have a stopper in the bottle & a lot of tan was lost to the floor...

It was very hard two do a order than my parcel only came todayy when i order it a week ago today i had two e mail yous saying my tracking number didnt work
I order my tan organic tan witg my brush a last wedneday when it only came today i had two send yous a e mail no body got back two me till i e mailed yesterday and the tracking number you sent with fast way didnt work so i had two let yous know and when i ring tan organic its the phone lines are always busy

Tolles Produkt, geruchsneutral
Produkte sind sehr gut und verwende ich schon länger. Vollkommen geruchsneutral! Allerdings kostete plötzlich die Lieferung genau so viel wie das Produkt selbst - wollte daher stornieren aber das Kundencenter hat nicht reagiert und ich befürchte, dass diese Abteilung gar nicht existiert. Die Produkte werde ich weiter verwenden und lieber innerhalb der EU beziehen.
