At first i won a decent amount like $250 to $400 (of course including my money) but then the more i play the more i lose! Be aware that after you win even at the first time, never come back again! Games were rigged after. Can you imagine i played for 3 hours with $400 worth and i got nothing even a mini jackpot. This is trash! It’s very obvious even if they reply to my feedback. I write this feedback to warn everyone! Please please dont try your luck next time! If you won delete your account and never come back! Thats their strategy to hook you in and take your money the next time til you lose all your hard earned money! This is based on my experienced so learn from my mistake.

I have pretty much had a good experience with Tao Fortune Casino. Sometimes the redemptions are kicked back when the amount is over $200. I know then that I have to request multiple redemptions. Tosqy I won $100 which is the minimum to cash out. It says that my redemption was approved but the money is not in my bank account when I chose push-to-card. Usually when my redemption is approved I receive my funds immediately. Today I'm being told that their payment processor will take 3-5:business days. I won yesterday and thr money was in my account immediately. Do yall not have the funds to cover the redemptions today? They say they've sent the money and can't change the redemption speed. Yesterday I got my money immediately. Today they're blowing smoke up my behind.

Overall games are good when winning but if you win enough to redeem off of freeplays you only get to keep $25 out of the total winnings you win I won a little over $740 and got to keep $25 out of it most bullshit platform rules I ever encountered i would say don't play

I lost $150. I redeemed $100 of $250 to PayPal which only redeemed as $25. I logged in today to redeem the rest and my balance is now $0. I haven't gotten any reply from customer service. I tried contacting them numerous times since this happened. DON'T PLAY HERE. There's a reason there's a class action lawsuit against this gaming platform.
