Hi Tom,

Thanks for the feedback — and I really appreciate the positive comments on the fit and quality. You’re right about the red t-shirt and polo — those were part of a clearance range and won’t be coming back, which is why they’ve been unavailable. That said, I always make sure bestsellers are kept in stock as consistently as possible. The demand can sometimes make that a challenge, but I’m constantly working to improve things so it’s easier to get hold of what you need without the hassle.

Thank you for taking the time to share this — I completely understand your frustration, especially after a smooth first experience.

We had an issue with our mailbox last week which temporarily blocked incoming messages — it’s no excuse, but it meant we didn’t see your email until much later than we should have. I’ve since reached out to you directly on Instagram and offered a gift card as an apology — not to undo the experience, but to acknowledge the inconvenience caused.

I’ve also checked on the tracking, and it’s now showing correctly — your order should be with you very soon.

We aim to deliver a premium experience at every step, and I’m sorry we fell short this time. I genuinely appreciate your support as a returning customer and hope we can rebuild that trust.

Thanks for your feedback — I’m glad the fit of the button-up shirt worked well for you, but I’m sorry to hear the polo didn’t meet expectations.

We take any quality concerns seriously, so if you’re able to send over a few photos of the issues (loose threads, wrinkling, etc.) to support@taperedmenswear.com, I’ll personally review them and see what we can do to put this right.

Just to clarify, we don’t offer free returns, but we do can provide return options that are typically cheaper than using your local post office. Apologies if that wasn’t clear at the time.

I'm really sorry to hear about the issue with the buttonholes — that's absolutely not the standard we aim for.

As soon as you flagged this, we offered to send you a free return label and a replacement, but we didn’t hear back. That offer still stands, and I’d be more than happy to get this sorted for you.
