My order took forever to get here, however I communicated with them through email and they reassured me my package would get here and it did! The team was very nice and transparent, despite my doubts. I read reviews about them potentially scamming and got worried, but it arrived! I will say the actually product is more so a photo printed onto a big cloth, however the actual graphics aren’t that bad. I think once the business gets up and running, the quality will be better! Sill pleased at my purchase!

Total scam, they will drag you along with fake tracking information, they will reply assuring your delivery is coming to just be patient. Well I'm at over 90 days since ordering. Facebook allows this kind of crap and should be held accountable as well.

Ordered May 1st received June 23rd. About 7 weeks as stated in the website. I was actually worried I was scammed, but did receive them. They look great and I am excited to hang for my classroom. Major complaint was shipping time and tracking website was not effective. Hope the business can figure this out and continue to have sales.

Extremely disappointed customer. This is the last time I will ever buy from this “company”. What kind of organization makes you wait weeks and weeks for your order and then when you want to return, says they don’t offer that option unless the product is damaged? It’s terrible quality and even though they list the inches on the site, the images they use to sell the products are totally misleading!

Since I can’t return the poorly made product, I’ll guess I’ll be tossing it in the trash. It’s literally garbage. What a waste of time and money. It’s not even worth keeping.

Don’t waste your money, people. Stay away from tapestry hut.

Very poor. Took 7 weeks to arrive and such poor quality and not at all like the photo on website. Totally disappointed and would never order from here again.

Ordered on April 28, 2020. Still have not received my tapestry. Did a lot of Googling and calling around, and finally got a number that was attached to the debit on my card where they took the $25.90. I called 714.335.4207. He answered the phone with a "hello". I asked was this TapestryHut and he responded "yes". I explained my situation. I did not have my order number, so he looked me up by my last name and read off my address to me, and told me that my product was picked up by USPS on June 19, 202 and I should have it this week. He even gave me the tracking number. We shall see. I gave the 3 star rating because of the length of time, and because he was nice enough to assist me. I will come back once I receive the tapestry, and give a rating on the product itself.

Ordered over a month ago. Still haven't received my order. Wished I had read reviews before ordering. Tried to cancel they said I could not. All I get is the run around and the blame it on covid 19. I will be contacting the better business regarding this company. They suck well got product after forty five days and what a piece of cheap garbage. So buyer beware.

I sent an email to their customer service in 4th week of May when I got to know that orders will take more than a month (was originally 25 days).

When I am in India, I normally buy bed covers with nature prints, these are nothing better than those ones. They cost me anywhere between Rs 300 ($4.50) and Rs 600 ($9). The quality of the fabric (was supposed to be canvas) is pathetic, color is not well done either (one wash and it will be done, I tested a section and got to know what it really is)

These guys are collecting orders, sending them to China and getting them bulk into an warehouse in Chino CA. From Chino, they are shipping using USPS using the small business account. Great business model for them, terrible products for the customers

For now you get the 5 stars, will update if need be! I ordered my package mid May, still haven't received a thing! I went thru my emails and got a confirming email that my package was finally delivered! It was, to a completely different address that I lived in over a decade ago! Not sure of the confusion, but contacted the local PO and the customer service at that location is horrible! The guy that answered the phone needs to never do that again! Anyways, he pretty much lmk I was on my own! So then I found this site, I figured it was going to just be a loss, I saw a review with a contact number given to this person by their CC company! That number was called and I spoke to a guy by the name of Jay...he was pleasant to deal with and said a refund would be hard to do as it says my package has been delivered, but he was more than willing to reship my items and have them go directly to PO (my request) to ensure that I properly receive my package! Hope everyone gets their issues straightened out!🙂

I ordered a tapestry a few weeks ago and then read the reviews. Honestly, I was concerned but I received it yesterday and I am thrilled. It looked just like I hoped it would and the colors were beautiful and so vibrant. For $20 it was well worth it and I can't wait to receive the other ones.

Same here, but I called the number someone gently left :-).
Someone as answer quickly, gave my order number and they refunded me ASAP.
This is the only good thing about the whole constumer experience with them. Now, have to wait 2 days to see the refund in the acoount. But I do have a email, confirming the refund.

I ordered my tapestry on April 12th. It finally shipped on May 2nd and I have not recieved a thing... They refused to give me a refund. Don't order from here it's really not worth the headache.

Have not received even a confirmation of my order but the money was taken out of my bank feeling insecure about this transaction will change rating if things turn around.
UPDATE: I received my confirmation and am awaiting shipping information
UPDATE: Ordered May 8th still waiting on my order today is June 1st.
UPDATE: says it shipped and gave a tracking number June 5th remember it was ordered May 8th.

I received my tapestries and absolutely love them!! At first I didn't understand they were made in small batches and such a new company. I also did not realize how long the shipping process would be. However they explain it all on their site!! Shipping is also slow right now because of the pandemic.. Anywho it took a couple of months to receive them but it was totally worth the wait!! Oregon resident here speaking!

It took over a month but the tapestry is pretty nice. Hopefully I can iron out the wrinkles.

I ordered 2 tapestries in April. I just received them a few days back...so we are talking about 6-7 weeks later. I truly don't believe these are made in this country. First of all I found out they are NOT COTTON they are polyester...yuk! They claimed the Ad said polyester but I never saw it. And then one of the 2 tapestries I did not like the print when I saw it for real outside of the picture I ordered from. I contacted them to return the one I definitely did not like and they emailed me saying they only take returns if there is something wrong with it. Really? This does not cut it with me. I emailed back & forth a few times with them and they gave me a 10% refund. 10% !!!
Let that soak in.

Do not order from this company, they are not transparent with their delivery dates, they make it seem like is an american company advertising thru facebook and instagram, saying that store is closing for good. I order May 18, we are June 11th and still have not received my products. They do not tell you that the order will take more than 30 until you get an email about the suppose track shipment. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND ORDER SOME PLACE ELSE. VERY DECEPTIVE......

Complete scam. Do not fall for it! Do not waste your time or money!!! You will never receive your item. I’ve emailed twice with no response. No phone number to contact!!! I’m going to dispute thru my credit card. Just order off amazon!! These companies pop up every 3rd day and scam innocent people. And the positive reviews are probably from the scammers themselves!!!

I ordered over a month ago, and have sent 2 emails without a response. I think I have been scammed and have little recourse!! Interesting that there is no phone number to call. Don't bother with this site!!!!!

Ordered 9 tapestries on the 5th of May. After reading some of the reviews on here I thought I had been scammed. They replied to all my emails which was a positive. The shipping company again seemed dodgy and had bad reviews. Went for a while without any updates then every day there was a shipping update.
Received all my tapestries today and have put the first one up already. Looks good and is of a decent enough quality. They took a while to get here but was definitely worth the wait. Don’t always believe every negative review you read!!
