Broken website
Broken website, this is probably a scam. After spending 30 minutes selecting the rug I wanted, I tried to order it to see the paypal link opens a pop up an d closes right away, and the the man order page scroll back up to the beginning of the page. So you cant order.
No worry you can contact them via email from the contact page. with immediate reply:

Your message wasn't delivered to shop[at]tapiso.nl because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail.
There is no phone number on the site to contact them. So if you order (which you can't) and something goes wrong, no way to contact them at all.. or book a flight to Poland?
How such company is still in business eludes me. Seems like an ok scam, but if they mess the paypal form, this is not even working as a scam..
I guess it is time to find another shop to find a rug. I think I ll end up importing it myself as apparently no business can sell big rugs in the country without sending the wrong one or making the site impossible to use in the first place.

Ik had een deurmat besteld met…
Ik had een deurmat besteld met antislip. De kwaliteit vond ik ontzettend matig. Totaal geen antislip en de mat woog ook bijna niets. Het leek niets, en het was ook niets. Maar voor 13 euro kun je ook niet veel verwachten, zal ik maar zeggen. Na een mail te hebben gestuurd kon ik het via hun eigen retourdienst terug geven. Uiteindelijk mocht ik het houden en hebben ze netjes het geld geretourneerd. Dus de service is top.

Na de reviews gelezen te hebben had ik volle vertrouwen om te bestellen. Ik heb een prachtig kleed ontvangen van goede kwaliteit. Na de bestelling gedaan te hebben wilde ik nog een onderkleed bestellen. Ik heb gebeld maar kreeg geen gehoor. Binnen 30 minuten werd ik terug gebeld en kon ik nog een bestelling plaatsen en kreeg ik een kortingscode voor de verzendkosten. Zeer tevreden en raad dit bedrijf zeker aan.

Een beetje getwijfeld om hier te…
Een beetje getwijfeld om hier te bestellen maar omdat ik in het buitenland wel reviews kon vinden toch gedaan. Binnen een week ontvingen we het tapijt en het was precies zoals op de foto. Goede kwaliteit voor een mooie prijs.
Geen ervaring met terugsturen van producten of service dus daar kan ik niks over zeggen.
