Service works very well, most of all the customer service is very responsive. I had an issue that could be considered a feature request, and they had an update to the app in a day. Very impressed.

TaskRobin saves me time
TaskRobin is an essential part of my 2nd brain setup. It makes it super easy to capture email into Notion. TaskRobin has great default templates so you can start using it right away and then customize as you go. I got set up in minutes. The customer support is also top notch.
Bottom line, TaskRobin saves me time and effort!

TaskRobin makes life a little less stresful
TaskRobin has saved me from living in my Outlook Inbox! Getting emails out of my Inbox and into Notion where I can manage them better and not get distracted by other incoming email is amazing. A great service to help you keep focused... and support when it's needed is very quick and very friendly. Highly recommended if you use Notion

Perfect to get your emails into Notion tasks
I was looking for a way to get emails into Notion tasks and TaskRobin turned out to do exactly that. I needed some help setting it up and developer was super friendly and responsive. Got everything going in a couple of days and it’s working exactly as I expected.

Great for project management & archiving
A great tool to have for project management and archiving your emails/attachments within Notion. Relational links can be created between these emails and other tables in Notion (e.g. table of projects, milestones, tasks or people).

Incredibly useful tool for my workflow.
Incredibly useful tool for my workflow.
Emailing is a huge part of job, but I've always hated trying to stay organized in my email app (currently Outlook).
Taskrobin allows me to easily get any email I need to into my Notion workspace (rather than manually creation in Notion) where it can then be organized and scheduled accordingly.
It has been really freeing for me mentally.
