Sobald Bestellungen versendet werden, erhalten unsere Kunden automatisch eine Versandbestätigung inklusive Sendungsverfolgung per E-Mail.
Laut der Sendungsverfolgung konnte das Paket zunächst nicht zugestellt werden und wurde anschließend in einem Paketshop / Abholpunkt hinterlegt. Nach Ablauf der Lagerfrist wurde die Sendung leider wieder an uns retourniert.
Wir haben Sie hierzu auch bereits per E-Mail kontaktiert, um die Lieferadresse zu bestätigen und das Paket erneut an Sie versenden zu können.

Après 3 semaines d'utilisation
Après 3 semaines d'utilisation, je suis très satisfaite et souhaite poursuivre l'expérience de ces cafés aux champignons. Personnellement, le temps d'adaptation au goût du café instantané à pris quelques jours et les bénéfices du produit se sont fait sentir au bout de trois jours : je fais des nuits entières à présent, le transit est amélioré sans miracle pour l'instant mais assez pour être remarqué après une semaine. Mon visage a un aspect plus détendu, on m'en a fait la remarque. Concernant la commande et la livraison : très bien, rapide, très facile.

Számomra nagyon jó jó íze van. Reggel ébredés után megiszom, és délig nincsen szükségem kávéra. Viszonylag hamar megérkezett. Korrekt kiszàllítás. Nagyon meg vagyok elégedve vele. Igaz az ára kicsit húzós számomra, de sportolók rá.

Mixed experience but hopeful
I have ordered a coffee 2.0 and Matcha 2.0. It arrived fast and smooth. I am using now both drinks once a day, so far not experiencing the change in Chortisol, nor the energy level improvement, probably it needs more time than two weeks. Before I drank high quality matcha and medium roast, preferably single origin coffee always black, no sugar or milk. The matcha 2.0 taste is closer to my flavour preference, the coffee tastes like a regular instant ones.

Ich habe vor 1,5 Monaten meine erste Bestellung für Coffee 2.0 aufgegeben. Die Lieferung kam relativ zeitnah an. Geschmack passt und ich trinke den Pilzkaffee (salziges Karamell) mittlerweile lieber als Kaffee. Nur der Kundenservice ist sehr unfreundlich. Vor 2 Wochen eine Rabattaktion um ein paar Stunden verpasst. Höflich nachgefragt und sehr genervte, patzige Antwort erhalten. Jetzt Kundenservice kontaktiert wegen der Qualität des Kreatins in Refresh. Ich wollte wissen, ob es laborgeprüft bzw. Creapurequalität hat. Bis jetzt keine Antwort. Also Produkt gut, aber Kundenservice /freundlichkeit so lala....
