Worst customer service ever! I had placed an order for the eyebrow pen in two different light colors and when they arrived they were both dark brown although marked otherwise. The company will just not make good on what was a manufacturer mistake, which is obviously the company's responsibility to do. Shame on them and they just lost a good customer!

Ordered TatBrow® Microblade Pen for my daughter in early November as a Christmas gift. To date, we have received nothing and they charged my Visa immediately after placing the order. I have contacted them via email as this is their only source online - NO PHONE NUMBER LISTED AT ALL - and only received the standard email back stating they are busy and will look into my issue. Beware - they are awful!!!! I am currently disputing the charge.

I love the tat brow pen but it seems to dry quick after 3 applications. Very disappointing for the money you spend on them. The Dark Brown and Medium Brown are almost Black. I wanted to exchange an unopened pen for a Brown but they want you to do all these test on your skin and make a video of it. Not going to waste my time. So won't be buying again.

Easy to use. Does not smear. Lasts longer than typical eyebrow products. Customer service is very good and responsive.

I have grey and thinning eyebrows that look non-existent, thanks to this fantastic product...I feel confident when I walk out my door!!

I am an elderly woman. I have one eyebrow that is collapsing in a wrinkle. This tat brow works perfect to let people know the eyebrow is still there.

The Blonde color of Tatbrow came out looking black. I questioned whether it was mislabeled. In any event, not useable (I see I’m not alone in this complaint). I wrote the company about the problem and they offered to send a free replacement. They never sent one and never responded to my follow-up communications with them .

Worked and lasted longer than expected, but dried out sooner than expected. Think it should be replaced, but can't get any customer service. Sad 🤬

Bought the Tatbrow pen. I ordered the gray color, but the one I received was not gray, but brown. Gray was written on the box it was in. The consistency was extremely watery and runny. I have written and requested an exchange in the correct color and consistency, so am waiting a reply.

First thing is when I went to take the cap off the whole inside area came with it and it is small compared to the length of the pencil. So poorly made. Second got a medium brown but it seems like black so colors are the true. Three it doesn't make nice defined lines like they say. It is kind of watery. And if you have any bumps like moles or things it doesn't glide over them nicely. So VERY disappointed and glad I only bought 1. So my advice only by one if you really want to try it so that you didn't waste a whole lot of money on it.

Are you kidding me? I look like Mario when wearing blonde. How dark is my taupe going to be?

Do NOT recommend! Was sent a pen that was already expired when I received it. But because it took me a while to use it (because I already had one I was using) they would not do anything about it. “Because it was past 90 days” but yet expired when I received it. It was green as grass when I tried to use the brand new pen and it was supposed to be the blonde. So nope I give them a thumbs down. Customer service is horrible. It took me numerous emails of sending pictures to them and expiration date back and forth. So why send numerous emails and all along you knew it was longer than 90 days from the very first email because I had the order # on it. So why make me send pictures and all when you knew you weren’t going to do a thing about it. Poor customer service. Never buying again!

I love my pen, I have black hair and the Ash black color worked best. I had also bought ebony but it didn't work out, I reached out to Tatbrow's customer service and they were AWESOME. Received the replacement item fast.

I received 3 colors, grey, blond and taupe. All 3 go on black and look horrible.

This product is hands-down the BEST eyebrow product I've ever used! Super simple to use, lasts all day, and looks completely natural! I'm 59, and my eyebrows had become so light colored as to be almost invisible. I used the blonde shade, and now they look as full and perfectly shaped as when I was in my 30s. I had tried every pencil and gel you can think of, but they were hard to 'get it right' with. TatBrow makes it easy to shape, define, and fill in your brows like a pro!

If I could give tat brow a zero I would. The product didn’t work for me and I requested a refund. After several emails asking why and asking me to send pictures,I finally gave up. The emails were boarding on harassment. I am a senior citizen and they took advantage of me.

I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in 2016 With Chemo and radiation.. I lost my hair and my eyebrows were thin. I found this 3 months ago. Thank you!

I love this brow pen! If you use a very light hand, it comes out absolutely perfect! I have barely any brows & this gave me awesome, perfect, natural looking brows. Getting ready to order more to have on hand!
