I placed an order on Tavernis.com, but unfortunately my order was never fulfilled. I eventually received a refund, but no explanation was provided as to why the order was cancelled or not honored.
The lack of communication and transparency was very disappointing. I would have expected at least an explanation or an update regarding the status of my order.
pre-ordered hobbit gift bundle in june, was cancelled few days before release date without any communication, have not replied to email as to why this was cancelled
Bought an item at end of June for releasedate close to September. At first before ordering I've gotten in touch rather easily through chat. But after 2 months it got suddenly cancelled and refunded, without any message why. Store doesn't respond to their on site chat option anymore and email doesn't get answered why it was cancelled. This only leads to me writing this review to let others be aware for placing preorders if this is how it is handled. 2 stars, since I at least got my money back, I guess?
