It’s been second year I’m with Taxation…
It’s been second year I’m with Taxation Made Easy. I was referred by one of their clients and was initially very happy to see their excellent and timely responses. Due to a sudden boom in their client number last year they faced a hiccup in service and I was tensed with filing my return last year as it was my first time filing tax return. Amazed to see their dedication and personalised service in the end and that resulted to be with them again this year. They’ve contacted me on 16 June 2025 and in just over a month today on 28 July 2025 they’ve filed my return successfully for 2024-2025 tax year. As I’ve found them honest, professional, reasonable and responsive, I’d highly recommend their service. Once they get to know your business nature and transaction types correctly, with all the documents provided, they’ll be very quick from now on I believe. As a growing business they must have their new plans, nonetheless I’d also like to suggest them to come up with innovative solutions to upload clients’ documents onto an unique secured interactive platform which will save us from using google drive or email to send documents through.

Run away. These people are not serious. They didn’t file my tax return and I got a penalty. They never asked me to sign a contract, neither asked me payment.

Our firm follows a clear and professional onboarding process before any work is carried out. In your case, you never instructed us to handle any tax filings.
