Got HUF filing done with taxbuddy.Prompt and timely response received from expert.

I had to do GST registration for my cafe. TaxBuddy helped me and made sure the GST registration is completed without queries in a week. It was a pleasant experience.

I will not give it even one star. Pathetic service , its AI agent takes forever to file taxes and that too with no customer support. Will never use it again.

I hope Income Tax Dept is reading reviews of tax buddy. It is really pathetic service , it tis totally unprofessional, why does IT allows to do such job? The guy who is processing and team leader does not even patience of totalling figures messaged . Then what kind of IT return this guys handling . I have sent several mails to get IT return verified by some seniors, yet tax buddy it seems does not bother or they are too professionals ... . I think it is big gamble to this services

Do not go with add and this all fake review, this guys are very unprofessional and I doubt they have even CA for the work, just I think normal accountant handling other wise CA will not be talk like this. File ITR by your self or find there are many good options are available

The staff made a mistake in the sale price of the property despite providing all registration documents. This lead to a return of my file and resubmission. the resubmission lead to a cascade of actions that created so much confusion. Also i got the refund of the tax after more than a year.
Now the staff who was anyway very irregular and perpetually travelling or on leave when i wanted help doesnt even read of reply to my messages.
I filed a complaint and the person sending out marketing mails says they are trying to contact me but no calls come through. Very poor service and getting staff wihout proper knowledge to file returns and we are the loosers while they take their charges.

Opted for DIY Filing for first time, great offer and pricing.

I have a worst experience with Taxbuddy this year as they asked me to make payment to speak to tax expert but they are still using AI assistant to work on my ITR. This is of no help to customers as they too much dependent on AI than human expertise. From this year onwards, I don't recommend Taxbuddy to anyone rather go with direct submission.

Submitted all details yet for four days, no response. finally I had to file with with Cleartax which took like not more than 10mins.

I had a great experience in filing my ITR with TaxBuddy.The tax expert was really great and helpful and has ensured maximum utilisation of tax benefits.
