Fabulous customer service experience
Fabulous customer service experience! I purchased a gorgeous pair of pyjamas in January, but hadn’t gone to wear them until now, and unfortunately noticed a small hole in a sleeve. I contacted TBCo to ask if they could offer any compensation. I got a really prompt reply from Tara with a lovely message and several options for me. Fantastic customer service - personal, apologetic, generous and very helpful. Thank you Tara and TBCo, I will look forward to shopping online and in your lovely shop again!

I've been looking for their pajama set for aquite long time, trying to rationalise the price tag in my mind and finally during a sale I bought it and I don't regret it. the cotton's softness, the cut and warmness is amazing. I understand it's a high price tag but to spoil oneself, I think it can be considered.

A beloved aunt was the recipient of a triangle scarf for her birthday this time. That's all the important ladies in my life who have one now (my mum has two, just because).
She was absolutely delighted with it and is a fan of a neck scarf anyway but this is just the super soft and colourful one now in her drawer, but mostly round her neck!
I loved the fact that I could choose gift packaging as well so when she received it felt super luxurious unboxing it.
Impressed as ever with how quickly everything gets posted out.

Excellent quality and delightful staff
I have purchased items from this company many times, for myself and often as presents. The products are of high quality and the packaging is impeccable. Items are sent within the promised timeframe and any communication with staff is dealt with promptly and in a friendly, helpful manner. Thoroughly recommend.

Products arrived smelling terrible!
I have previously ordered from TBCO and was thrilled with the quality of the products. Recently I placed an order for a scarf and 2 cushion covers. On opening the box the smell was dreadful. The cushion covers smelt absolutely disgusting. They were truly offensive. The design and quality of the items was great but the smell was unbearable. I’ve aired them for several days and the scarf is passable but I have to return the cushion covers because they continue to smell dreadful and are unusable. That’s unacceptable and needs rectifying.

The price they are charging for a duvet is crazy for not even having ties inside to hold the thing in place. Buttons fall off quickly in the wash too .

This is a business with heart
My husband bought me a beautiful dressing gown for Xmas. It arrived speedily and the quality was 1st rate. Unfortunately he misjudged my size but before I could return it within the normal return window he fell seriously ill. I requested a late return which TBCo was under no obligation to agree but they did so without hesitation which after the stress of the past couple of months felt like someone wrapping a warm arm round my shoulders. Fabulous customer service!

The team at TBCo went above and beyond to make sure I got my last minute order in time for a gift, even though one if the items was personalised and would ordinarily have taken longer to arrived. I even got a response to my query on a Sunday!

The items I received were lovely! Great quality, they arrived in a nice packaging too. Also costumer support was excellent. Annelise was very fast in her responses and very helpful as well. My delivery issue was resolved super-quickly!

Bad return process
The return process takes too long that we had to email for a refund even though they had received the goods for a while (based on tracking info). They also deduct any shipping costs incurred in the original purchase. I would not recommend this company.
