I have been with them since 2013. They were good until about a year ago. Now you very seldom get your funds on time like they say. Supposedly if you send in your invoices before 4:00, it gets processed that day. No more! In many occasions I have sent invoices in then morning, at lunchtime etc and look at them at 7:00 in the evening and they have never been looked at. They are still showing submitted. No one has taken the time to even begin to process them. Do not count on being paid in the time they promise you.

Maggie has been great to work with!!! She has made getting setup up effortless and extremely easy.

The staff is always helpful and friendly. They are prompt with the requests I make and keep us informed.

This company is not good to work with they make to much mistakes customer service are rud and they dont do what they said I dont recomend this factoring to work with

TBS took over my account from financial services, Jenifer was my rep for a short while, she was an improvement from the rest, ever since they migrated to this crap about contacting a general email and refused to take calls it has bern a living nightmare, I am simply asking them for the person and address to send my notice to terminate and they refuse to answer, now their upload docs portal is causing my to be piled up with bols and I cannot get help navigating this crap. I am now in touch with my lawyer to help end this nightmare to see if I can save my buiness

TaylorMade Transport LLC has used TBS for 2 over years now for fast and easy factoring of our loads. The customer service is always on point! When I called in today Tammy knew my name and was so pleasant to work with. She answered all of my questions and resolved my issue and even sent a follow up email to let me know the final outcome. La atencion es malisima, Estafadores, mal servicio, nunca responden el tlf ni los emails. Y una vez que firmas un contrato con ellos NUNCA mas puedes salir. Te tienen como rehen. Hacen un pago doble con el descuento de 2.5% y luego cuando te hacen chargeback te quitan el total del rate, o sea te roban el 2.5 % a la cara. NO LOS RECOMIENDO y no merecen ni una estrella de calificacion.
