This business has changed names and now is a company called TCG Sync.

Never received order. Emailed them asking. Response was we cancelled your order. Why? No answer. Now the only way I can order it again is from somewhere else, but it's now £100 more...

Emailed asking where my cards are on 18th May and no reply. Definate scam.

damo, the owner is a con artist. Took several thousand pounds off customers for pre-orders of pokemon products then sent failed to deliver. Sent people sham refund emails.

Same story as everyone else. Ordered a Ultra Premium Collection, never arrived. Received a fake refund email. Contacted them via every means I could, and the only conversation they had was one asking me to join their discord channel. Just a nightmare from start to end.

Avoid at all costs.

I can only hope for the sake of your bank balance and sanity anyone looking here heeds the warning, DO NOT order from this criminal.. they are constantly getting away with accepting pre orders, then ignoring customers, delaying refunds if eventually you get one at all.

Jeez, if after this you order then use a middle man payment service so they can battle getting your money back for you

Scammed for the Ultra Premium Collection Box. Luckily got a charge back through my credit card from the bank.

They sent screenshots of supposed refunds as "evidence" but it seems highly likely they were fake.

Never had the stock to supply the goods so clearly just decided to try to scam people (perhaps just for cash flow but probably to actually steal).

Absolute scam and I was one of the few who still supported them before this.

Even looks like they fraudulently changed the director of the business to try to dump the blame on someone who had previously called them scammers.

Pretty much says it all.

Seems the actualy previous director is also a director of another company, so probably best avoid them too.

Got scammed and watched some entertaining drama unfold on their Discord. Seeing people speaking truth about the issue and Damo denying everything is just pure entertainment, if I was not one of the scammed people. It took months to get the money back via the bank! He did absolutely nothing! He probbaly even sent out fake refund emails. Nobody can ask about celebrations or they get booted off the discord channel. Well now people just leave out of choice. And now he lives in hiding, radio silence.

Awful avoid at all costs. Takes your money . Doesn't send product . Ignores requests for refunds .

Would do less than one if possible.

Same story as everyone else, I spoke to my bank and screenshotted every conversation between them, their facebook page and the bank recreddited my credit card.

If you're with nationwide, go through a dispute not the fraud team, just to save everyone time

As all the other reviews say, this company is a scam and I have absolutely no idea how it exists today. I’ve reported to trading standards UK ask I encourage others to do so. I had to go through my bank to get my money back after a month, please avoid!

Absolutely dreadful. Definite scam.

They tried to take me for about £90 and took hundreds from my brother. Luckily my bank stepped in and refunded the money for me.

These guys are based in Barnsley so I’d encourage anyone who had had to deal with them to write to the Yorkshire Post news desk to get the message out…

Over 2 months I've been chasing a refund which they "automatically applied to my account" and have yet to see the money

They haven't replied to a single email since this alleged refund and gave a link to a Facebook page which has absolutely nothing to do with what to do as "Instructions"

Worst company I've purchased from in years and I used to be a Vodafone customer!

[Edit] - If you've experienced this speak to your bank and they will perform a reverse transaction. Make sure you've kept all evidence as proof of "refund" and they should be able to help

I pre-ordered all of my Pokemon Celebrations from this company. I received a cancellation email for all of my pre-orders a week before release saying they had been refunded. The refund never came, I emailed them several times but received no reply.

I've now learnt that it's known amongst the Pokemon community that Damo, the owner is a known scammer. He put up unlimited pre-orders on his website and watched the ££££ roll in, then did a runner with everyone's money. He has a private Discord server where he's been telling his members that he has no plan to refund anyone. Now he thinks by saying TCG is no longer anything to do with him he can walk free.

Don't buy into what TCG/Damo are saying about not being affiliated with the LTD company anymore. Legally you can't just "unaffiliated" yourself. TCG, the LTD company AND Damo are all still liable.

My Credit Card company are now processing a charge back and Damo & TCG have been reported for fraud.

I encourage everyone to report Damo & TCG to Companies House, Trading Standards, and their Bank / Credit Card company!

If you've been scammed, you should also report TCG to the software platform they use to run their online shop and ask them to ban TCG which will stop them trading for a while. The company is BinderPOS (you can find this in the footer of TCG's website).

Same story as everybody else took money for products then cancelled my order. Sent an email saying they would refund me but a month later have failed to do so. Will now be contacting my bank and have also contacted trading standards. I am utterly disgusted by these people. Stealing from others is the lowest of the low.

Pre ordered cards, they cancelled the order and never refunded my money. I've had to get my bank involved as subsequent emails to ask about refund have been ignored. Nothing but a bunch of thieves. Avoid at all costs, they'll just take your money. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Pre-ordered pokemon cards 3 weeks later received email saying it was refunded. 6 weeks later had to get bank involved no response to my emails Tcg is a joke AVOID!

Sold pre-orders and then I was notified that my order was cancelled and refunded a week before release.

That was around 6 weeks ago and after some weak correspondence and TCG Cards offering 'proof of refund', the trader went silent. I have got my bank involved to get the money back and will likely report fraud.

Company are crooks and should be avoided at all costs. Wish I could give a 0* review on TrustPilot.
