Warning to Other Customers – Order and Contact Concerns
I am posting this review to warn other customers. The company provides a UK address and claims to be based in the UK, but the telephone number listed on its website does not appear to belong to the business. When I called it, I reached an unrelated lady who told me she had received dozens of calls from people chasing their orders.
This is extremely concerning and makes me question whether this company is genuine. Based on my experience and the reports from others, I believe customers should exercise extreme caution before placing an order or providing payment details.
I have contacted the company requesting proof of dispatch, a confirmed delivery date, or a full refund, but I am still awaiting a proper resolution. I recommend that anyone considering purchasing from this company thoroughly investigates it first and checks whether other customers have experienced similar problems.
