Outstanding service
Karen Fulton was recommended to us by a friend for conveyancing, and we now know why. Karen was absolutely outstanding in driving our sale/purchase forward. She was consistently proactive in acting on our behalf to ensure things kept moving along. We really liked that she was very clear when she needed action or information from us - this is valuable in an unfamiliar process. Karen provided clear advice when we had questions and explained complex legalese in digestible terms. We felt TC Young were acting with our interests front and centre throughout. Although the Scottish conveyancing system overall is far from perfect (peace of mind that the sale is actually happening comes far too late in the day!), we are so glad we had Karen navigating all this for us. She and her team, including Marlene and other solicitors, proved the immense value of using a high quality solicitor/company for conveyancing. We would not hesitate to recommend TC Young.

Very happy that we have chosen TC Young Solicitors to apply for a guardianship order for our daughter with additional support needs. Jenna worked with our case and she was a very knowledgeable professional, friendly, and approachable. Gave us the option to meet face to face or Zoom, which is convenient if someone doesn't want to travel. We met face to face once and she explained to us clearly the process.
