Top quality, built to last. Rare these days.
Honest answers to questions about the product colour stability when South facing. Expected delivery date met and the courier arrived on time with a polite and cheerful disposition. Good solid product that will out live me and my son. Water remains on the surface of the furniture longer than on wood, plus it seems to keep the heat longer than wood. As long as you know this, no problem!

Thank you, we take pride in giving straightforward, genuine answers, so it’s lovely to know that stood out. Our furniture is designed to be solid, low maintenance and built to last, so it’s great to hear it’s living up to expectations. You are absolutely right on the practical points too, while it can retain heat and hold water on the surface a little longer than wood, it wipes down easily and is ready to use again in no time. And thank you as well for highlighting those practical points, it is really helpful for others considering the same.

Amazing Customer Service
We ordered a bench with a delivery date in July. We needed this to be delivered early due to the sensitive nature (a memorial bench) and the delivery was brought forward to June. Absolutely outstanding customer service.

Ordering was simple communication was good. Delivery driver was very helpful as it is heavy, he even offered to help carry it around the back but we said we could manage.Maybe should have accepted as we needed to get our neighbour to help as hubby is 82. Really well made furniture. So nice we no longer need to put it away in winter.Brilliant we love it

Thank you for such a thoughtful review. We are really glad everything from ordering to delivery went smoothly, and it’s lovely to hear the driver was on hand to help (even if you bravely took it on yourselves!). Our furniture is certainly on the heavier side by design, so it’s great to know you’re pleased with the quality, and even better that it can stay out all year round. So pleased you love it!

A wonderful service provided from start to finish. Order process was clear & easy to do. Emails to check & confirm the design on my plaque. Phone call to arrange a delivery date & time. Delivery service was great. The product itself is just amazing. It is of a high quality and I’m in no doubt it will last a long time. Family members who have seen the bench have been very impressed too. Thank you ☺️ highly recommend.
