Sam was pivotal in my business
I did deal sourcing for 9 months and honestly I didn't go anywhere until I started going to Sam's masterminds. He provides a lot of value and most importantly he breaks down everything into doable actions. This was really helpful when i was trying to figure out what exactly I should be doing to get my deals. He also walks the walk as he has and is a deal sourcer himself and he puts in effort by doing incredible volume, for example reaching out to 200 investors a day to build his listing.

Sometimes the hardest part is knowing exactly what to do next, so I’m really pleased the focus on breaking things down into simple, actionable steps has helped you move forward and start getting results.
And yes, I’m a big believer in walking the walk. Deal sourcing is a numbers game, and the volume of activity really does matter.

My wife and I have been part of the DPN now for about 4months and I can honestly say it has been and continues to be of great value Sam goes above and beyond to make sure that we are well equipped and confident with information to make the right decisions. He gives such good advice and always asks the right questions to get you thinking about things in a different way. It's also nerve calming when you're with people that are in the same boat as you and figuring things out as well so everyone can learn from each others experiences and also give advice or help where possible.
