I just realized that I was paying for a subscription that I did not attend to sign up for. I have asked for a refund of the $900+ they charged me and they refuse to refund me. I used the services twice, first time was no subscription base. I will never use their services again. I do not Recommend this company.

Teach Me To app has been a great help connecting me with quality coaches. It’s easy to use and makes each week a fun journey learning the new sports that I’ve been wanting to get better at. I will be continuing to use this app for years to come, I’m sure! Thank you for your service Teach Me To!

Company is easy to deal with. I was able to schedule and find a great instructor for tennis with no problem. The app is user-friendly, not complicated, even the support team are easy to reach and they respond timely. I do recommend to use this company if you are looking for great tennis lessons.

The company makes it very easy for coaches to focus on coaching while they handle the administrative duties. Customers service is awesome. Their response time is quick. They deserve 5 stars!

Great customer support. Easy to communicate with students and support staff.

I really enjoy using the TeachMeTo app! I find it to be very intuitive and comprehensive platform that greatly improves my ability to get new students, provide coaching feedback, and quickly get compensated for my lessons. The support staff is also excellent and very responsive whenever there is an issue.

I’ve had a hard time with communication, when I ended coaching last summer I got very frustrated because it took me at least a month to stop getting requests. I prefer to coach only on summer.

It is much easier to get students on this app I don’t have to go looking for them myself which has been helpful.

Payouts have also been quick and easy which I do appreciate.

Easy to schedule, review, communicate

While this company provides a fine service, their app is terribly designed and in an effort to pull up my subscription to cancel it, with a single click they charged me nearly $300 and despite reaching out to them IMMEDIATELY when this happened, they refused to do a single thing to help me. I have never in my life been charged for something, even if it’s a single dollar, without having to first confirm my purchase. The fact that a single mistaken click can end up with being charged hundreds of dollars is absolutely laughable and their customer service was abysmal. I will be going out of my way to ensure as few people support this business as possible, I have never been more disappointed with a company in my life.

In trying to set a new pickleball instruction schedule the system choked. A message to TeachMeTo quickly resolved this issue. Easy and quick!

I think the app this brilliant it just 1 part that annoys me. Is that we cant cancel our own lesson as coaches we were only able to reschedule instead of canceling it. That is it overall i think the app is very convenient.

Excellent customer service with quick responses

As a Coach TeachMeTo has provided very good clientele! Most of the players stay to train long term which helps my training business with recurring income. Also wanted to say that their customer support is rocket fast, anytime I have any issue they are quick to resolve it and provide a solution!

This app is a scam. Cancelled my subscription two weeks prior and they still charged me $180 dollars. They are claiming they can’t find my cancellation notice and refuse to refund me. All this company cares about is taking your money and they have horrible customer service.

I would never use this service again. They show coaches available, you have to pay to book then the coach never responds and they can't locate another coach they do not refund they will only give a credit for a year to rebook - what good is that if you have no coaches? I wouldn't waste your money.

Not many coaches on here or the rates are so high that it can be difficult to book. People on chat are very nice and friendly and helpful.
