Great customer service
Moving my mum over the weekend and needed some crates. Got them from Teacrate and nice guy called Jason P couldn't be more helpful when he dropped them off. He stacked them all neatly in the garage ready for me to use at the weekend. Normally most drivers just drop stuff on the pavement. What a nice change to find a company with good customer values. Thank you Teacrate.

The Drivers who dropped off Alex A was polite and very friendly, the time frame from drop off and collection was great.
however, the condition the crates turned up in wasn't great as they had bird droppings in them and hadn't been cleaned at all.
other then this we have a good experience.
