We are so far satisfied with our new kayak carrier. It takes a bit of getting used to the handling, and you have to push the rack pretty accurately and straight, so that the rack goes on the roof in one go, but the whole team is there to help and advise. We are glad that we took the trip from Germany to have the carrier mounted, because our base carrier, on which the system is mounted, is not quite "even" and the assembly has not been so easy. The team also found a solution for this. We ourselves would have had a big problem with the assembly.
After a few days of vacation, we were able to spontaneously stop by the workshop on the way back and have one or two small things changed. Finally, we no longer need a ladder to load the van with our kayaks. Yay!
We hope the High Lift Roof Rack will be with us for a long time and also last a long time. Thanks to Gaynor and the whole team for the always nice welcome and help.

Got a lot a of great and prompt support selecting best roof rack for my vehicle and usage. Arrived quickly and installed easily.

Kari-Tek Products are well designed and good quality, i can see it. The postsales service is fast and very good.
The bad:
That i cannot pay by card, bizum, paypal or another electronic method from another country.
For users who have purchased Kari-tek products, there is no operator manual with description of parts or photographs, for future purchases or replacements.
I recommend operator manual or a website where the customer can see o consult the parts of accessories or renewal part, to be able to buy in the future.

We have an easy load roof rack for our sea kayaks and it wasn’t running smoothly ( definitely our fault !) I called Teal and they were super friendly from start to finish. I drove down to Ayrshire and they tweaked measured and fixed my rack !! Fantastic customer service- even got to cuddle a beautiful puppy !!

I feel like Gaynor is a friend after all the times I’ve spoken to her! Not once did she get frustrated with me & all my questions. I finally deciding to go for the kari-tek roof rack and it was definitely the best decision. I fitted it myself and had lots more communications with Gaynor, she even gave me her mobile number to call at night if I was struggling! Honestly, couldn’t have had better service.

Being an independent, vertically challenged lady, I wanted to kayak but had to manage it on my own. With a campervan this made it more difficult due to the additional height.

The rack clips off and drops down the side with no effort making it easy to pick my kayak off. Then again easy to pick the kayak up, put it on the rack at waist height & push it back up & clip back in.

I’m so looking forward to all my kayaking adventures now its possible with my kari-tek rack.
