Well, I need to start informing that moringa is not that good as they say. My experience was really negative. One week taking moringa and I was couple times at the hospital with severe abdominal pain, vomits and nausea. I was asked if I was taking any medication but the prescribed, and I had to say Moringa. Of course the doctor gave me hard time. I went home, after medication for pain and stopped immediately with Moringa and today I m feeling better. Don’t do stupid things and don’t believe in everything you see in the internet. I had a hard time. Already requested to return and refund. No answer received yet. I know I will take the loss. Whatever. Stay away from this shady products.

This tea is super amazing, delicious and you can tell that is made with pure ingredients, not all of the stuff that we cannot pronounce. It is made with God's natural herbs and you will love each cup.

A sham of a co making out its uk based its not. It is based in China and goods do not arrive plus zero customer service. If you have bought beware custom charges and do not accept goods . The co lie to you profusely

I am not a tea expert, but do enjoy tea and drink it almost daily. I probably have bought tea from over a dozen online tea merchants. Overall, Tealyra is my go-to for a great balance of quality, price and wide selection. Just watch for the regular percent-off promotions. Good tea. Good packaging.

I have recently made my second order with tealyra with order no 410810. Both the tea and service was good but reading responses from tealyra on Trustpilot has left me gobsmacked! You need to engage a social media person to be responding to customer complaints online because the responses given here come across as rude and intimidating and confirms peoples’ complaint about poor quality customer services. Some points raised by some customers also are very valid. I also only wondered why you only have positive reviews on your website. Rather than ignore such very valid comments and attack customers who you feel aren’t honest, give a more balanced response to reviews on Trustpilot.

Even though they have an office in France, they ship from UK!
I bought some tea for 22 euro and then some days later was hit with a customs charges of €6.35
I think it false advertising to have an .eu domain, show a french address and sell goods in euro when they do not ship in the euro zone!!! 1 star is because they refunded my money

Great iced tea options. Summertime can be rough for tea lovers, but they have lots of teas that brew perfectly for iced tea. Their peach blend is refreshing and not too sweet.

I have been ordering from Tealyra since 2020 and I have loved every experience I've had. For me, shipping is across on the opposite coast so I make sure to order at least a week before I run out so I always have it! Customer service is fast and friendly. I even got help covering a purchase that I ordered to an old address. They have so many good teas from around the world and it is my exclusive tea shop for loose leaf tea (which is all I drink). If you like a specific tea, order a bunch! Some of my favorites over the years are no longer offered but there are so many you are bound to find another favorite!

I am a huge fan of Tealyra's Royal Gui Fei Oolong. Tealyra describes it to have elements of toast, raw almonds, and sweet apples. I would add dried apricots. For sure this tea is without floral elements!

As for the company, the service has been excellent and if you are on its mailing list there are discounts.
