Team Building Experiences Opiniões

This is now the third year we have used Red Cactus for our annual team event, and once again they delivered an exceptional experience.

From the initial planning stages through to the event itself, the communication was outstanding. Charlie was fantastic throughout, keeping everything organised, responding promptly to queries, and making the whole process straightforward and stress-free. Every detail was managed professionally, and nothing was ever too much trouble.

On the day, the Office Games were a huge success. The activities were engaging, well-run, and created plenty of laughter, friendly competition, and team spirit. Our team thoroughly enjoyed themselves, and the feedback has been fantastic.

As a business that values bringing our teams together each year, it's important that our annual event is enjoyable, inclusive, and memorable. Red Cactus consistently delivers exactly that. They make organising the event easy, and the experience itself is always first-class.

A special thank you to Charlie for all of your hard work and support in making the event such a success. We look forward to working with you and the team again for our next annual event! 🌟

Absolutely brilliant GPS Treasure Hunt, despite dreadful weather. Totally accessible and inclusive - everybody joined in. We have laughed until we've cried at some of the pictures and videos. The whole experience was so easy to organise and run. Would highly recommend for teams of all shapes and sizes! Thank you!

We booked the Crystal Challenge for our company team building day in September and it was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, everything was so straightforward, from initial enquiry with Liam, planning with Mickey, to the delivery on the day with Luca and Charlie and team, the whole process was a breeze. Communication was quick, easy and positive and when we had to make a few changes on our side, nothing was too much trouble for Mickey and team.
On the day, Luca and Charlie ran a great event. Everything was well organised and the atmosphere was brilliant, which is no small feat with a group of 170. There was a great range of games and challenges that got people working together, something for everyone and some incredibly healthy competition! The whole team were friendly and accommodating and everything ran smoothly.
This event was something new for our business and the team made sure it was a real success and a memorable experience. We’ve had some wonderful feedback from our employees, who thoroughly enjoyed the day and the chance to build relationships outside of their usual day-to-day.
If you’re looking for a fun event that gets everyone involved, we’d definitely recommend them. A huge thank you to everyone on the team. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you and look forward to working together in the future!

Really easy to arrange, well run on the day by Maggie, and great fun for our team. It was also very effective in building the team!

We had a fantastic experience with Team Building Experiences for our Betrayers event. Dan and Adam were brilliant on the day, engaging, professional and helped make the event a real success. The wider TBE team were equally impressive, keeping me informed throughout the planning process and ensuring everything was organised and coordinated seamlessly. The team absolutely loved the event and we're still hearing positive feedback afterwards. We'd highly recommend Team Building Experiences and look forward to working with them again in the future.

We did the Cypher Mission Escape Room. It was such a great experience! The team did all the set up, helped with clues, just ran the whole thing. the feedback from attendees was excellent , they all rally enjoyed it and said what a different kind of event it was. Booking was really easy and they guided us through the whole process. Staff on the evening were friendly and helpful - the room set was not ideal but they worked around that.

We booked The Office Games as a tram building event for our staff conference and the event ran smoothly from start to finish. From our initial enquiry online, to a teams call to discuss the detail and then booking was very easy. They kept in contact before the event and we very accommodating to any changes we made.
The event on the day was exactly as described, great atmosphere, had everyone involved and feedback from colleagues has been all positive.
Will be looking at future events with the team :)

We booked the office games for a corporate event and Dan and Charley who spent the day with us were fantastic.

They brought such fantastic energy to the event and did an incredible job keeping everyone engaged throughout the day. We know we weren't the easiest audience and can be a tough crowd to get involved, but they handled it brilliantly. Their enthusiasm, humour, and professionalism created a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere that really helped make the event a success.

We were genuinely impressed by how they read the room, encouraged participation, and kept the energy levels high from start to finish. Their efforts certainly did not go unnoticed.

We really appreciated everything they did. It made a real difference to the day and was a big part of why the event was so enjoyable.

Thank you again to you and the team for all your support in making the event such a success.

As part of our WFM Summer Town Hall, we wanted to do something fun and engaging for the team, so we chose an old-fashioned Sports Day. It was a fantastic success, with everyone getting involved and embracing the friendly competition.

The staff were brilliant throughout the event, helping to keep their teams motivated, encouraging participation, and creating a positive and energetic atmosphere. It was great to see colleagues working together, having fun, and building stronger relationships outside of their usual day-to-day roles.

Overall, the day was a huge success and thoroughly enjoyed by everyone who attended. It was a fantastic way to bring the team together, and we all had a brilliant day.

We had an absolutely brilliant time doing Beat the Box as a corporate team-building event! It was great fun from start to finish and had just the right mix of challenge, competition and laughter. The games were fantastic and really got everyone involved — we all thoroughly enjoyed it and agreed it was the best team event we’ve done so far!

A special mention has to go to the two ladies who ran the session. They were absolutely excellent — friendly, engaging, enthusiastic and fantastic at keeping the energy going throughout. They made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

If you’re looking for a fun and different team-building activity, we would highly recommend Beat the Box. We had a fantastic time and would definitely do it again!

We had a lot of fun! The booking process was so straightforward, organisation and communication was spot on. Dan and Charlie were friendly and created a relaxed and fun atmosphere. It's hard to please a team of 25 people but everyone enjoyed the variety and challenge and there was lots of banter along the way.

Last week we had our company summer social which was an Old-School Sports Day. We had a great experience using Team Building Experiences from Sophie who worked with us to plan the day and incorporate everything we wanted to Dan who ran the event on the day. Everyone was very friendly, communicated well and ensured that our ideas were brought together into something that we really wanted. On the day we had about 100 people taking part in two hours of very silly fun. It was well set-up and ran to time nicely. Would recommend and would consider using them again in the future.

We booked the School Sports Day events with TBE for our Summer Fun Day, and had an incredible time! Our event had over 150 people, with 50 participants in the games, with others enjoying the Garden Games package and other events. Everything was perfect and professionally run - I couldn't fault it and the feedback from our staff was incredible. Dealing with TBE from initial contact right through to the day was smooth and easy, and enjoyable! The whole team were helpful and a joy to work with. Special thanks to Maggie our event manager and Luca who ran the event on the day. We will certainly be booking again next year for our second Summer Fun Day, and hopefully for some other events throughout the year! Thanks All!

I would highly recommend Team Building Experiences!
They recently put on the Betrayers event for 30 of our colleagues. Everyone had lots of fun and the colleagues were friendly and organised and arranging the event was a breeze! Thank you!

Schools Sports Summer Party
We booked this for our office's summer party and what a great event it was. From booking to the actual event - I cannot fault it. Those taking part (even in the extreme heat of the day) had the most fun - and those spectating were encouraging their teams. I would not have any problem recommending this company and I will certainly use again when we do another event like this.

Liam and Sophie were professional and efficient from the first enquiry communication. They were also fun, warm, human and helpful. We had an absolute blast with no stress. Thank you guys!

Great afternoon team building event!

Highly recommend. Thanks

We used Team Building Experiences to organise a bespoke scavenger hunt through Liverpool as part of MCP's 50th Anniversary celebrations, and it proved to be one of the highlights of the weekend.

From the very beginning, Luca was fantastic to work with, taking the time to understand what we wanted and putting together a fun, engaging event that perfectly suited our group. On the day itself, both Luca and Mickey were incredibly helpful, friendly and professional, ensuring everything ran as smoothly as possible.

Although we experienced a small technical issue with the maps on some of the tablets, the team dealt with it calmly and efficiently, and it certainly didn't detract from the experience. In fact, we've had so many comments from our guests about how much they enjoyed the scavenger hunt – it was great fun and a wonderful way to explore Liverpool.

Thank you to everyone involved for all the thought, effort and enthusiasm you put into making our event such a success. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking for a unique, well-organised and thoroughly enjoyable team event.

Red Cactus Events were brilliant and so so engaging! I would totally recommend to companies that want to bring a little fun and spend an afternoon away from the desk!
The booking process was super easy, they took care of everything, making the whole process seamless!

We recently had a team away day and took part in axe throwing, laser clay pigeon shooting, and archery – and it was absolutely fantastic from start to finish.
The activities were great fun, well-organised, and suitable for everyone, regardless of experience. It was the perfect mix of friendly competition, team building, and plenty of laughs.
A special mention has to go to Phil, who was outstanding throughout the day. He was professional, enthusiastic, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and involved. His instruction was clear, encouraging, and helped make the experience even more enjoyable.
We had an amazing time and would highly recommend this to any team looking for a fun and engaging away day. Thanks again to Phil for helping make it such a memorable experience!
