Great Customer Service
Initial review was of a bad experience in terms of delivery. HOWEVER, amazing customer service, and gave me a full refund. When the top did arrive it was really nice really great quality!

Company response was quick and…
Company response was quick and (provided on their promise to meet the deadline they set) I am happy with the outcome.
That said, I am not sure that I will use this company in the future because it appears that the previous owner has been bought out by a larger company.
This explains the disingenuous description of the item as being 5xl when it was (at best) 3xl (despite being described on the product label as 4xl).
I understand that body types and descriptions vary from region to region but THIS WAS THE SAME COMPANY AND SHOULD HAVE ISSUED A DISCLAIMER OR CLARIFICATION OF THE “NEW” SIZE DESIGNATION.

Not too happy with my order
It was quite difficult to work my way around the website to design the T shirt. The sizing is also on the small side. I ordered a 9-10 with the recipient just 9, as it was his birthday, a very slight boy but very much on the small side.

I haven’t received my t shirt after…
I haven’t received my t shirt after being ordered 9 march and promised delivery 17th. Got an update on my delivery tracker saying it’s still in customs in Holland so goodness knows when I will get it. Can’t make any comment on the product quality!

I've made two orders to different…
**Update** They have now agreed to fully refund my orders, after an email trail of more than 20 emails!
I've made two orders to different addresses, none of them were delivered as their system merged the delivery addresses with the invoice addresses somehow. There has been no resolution offered, almost one month after the initial order. I can't get my orders delivered, nor refunded.
