I have been their customers since 2022. The selection is amazaing, and the responses from order confirmation, shipping, and delivered are notified. More importantly, if there is any issues, their customers support will assist and response promptly. Definitely my first choice to buy teas.

Great selection, excellent value, and first rate customer service
I have been ordering from Teavivre for many years and have never been less than totally satisfied. Teavivre offers a great selection of teas at a good value. Shipping from China is fast and reasonably priced. Their customer service is absolutely first rate and would beat that of many big name companies hands down.

Good service
My first order I did not receive tracking. I e-mailed TV and I received tracking for my second order. My order, even from China only took about 10 days. I am happy about that. The teas were good.

Great Source of Green Teas

Not Fresh
The Long Jing tea that we received was not very fresh. We have ordered this tea quite a few times and it has always been very fresh. Not sure what happend this time.

The Long Jing you purchased previously was our regular version, known for its vibrant emerald green color. However, the one from your recent order is our Award-Winning Premium Dragon Well Long Jing Green Tea, which has a more yellowish-green hue. This variation is due to differences in the picking grade and production method:
The regular Dragon Well Green Tea is typically harvested from late April to May, with larger leaves, giving it a greener color and an orchid-like fragrance.
The Premium Dragon Well Long Jing Green Tea you recently received was picked in mid-April. Its production method produces a yellowish-green color and a distinctive stir-fried bean and chestnut aroma.
