First off, they had a great price for the product I wanted.
Ordered online - was a bit convoluted, seemed to repeat request for my address.
Was supposed to be 3 days delivery - arrived teh next day - impressive.

You tried to take money from me twice, but Barclays reversed that as fraudulent, stopped my debit card and issued a new one.. Why have you been letting people raid my card account? -- it makes you seem like a very disreputable organisation and I now want to cease all contact with you.
