I purchased an item via eBay and paid in full. The seller contacted me afterwards to confirm details, indicating the order was proceeding.

Several days later, the order was cancelled without any prior contact or attempt to discuss the issue. The seller stated to me that the cancellation was due to a pricing error, but later confirmed they selected “out of stock/damaged” as the cancellation reason on eBay instead.

A refund was issued, but the lack of communication, inconsistency in the stated reason, and disruption after arrangements had already been made made this a disappointing experience.

I ordered a second-hand Lenovo ThinkCentre M93p from Tech Labz via eBay and they packed and delivered it quickly.
It took me several months to actually set up and test the machine. When I did, I discovered a strange issue with the VGA hardware port. I contacted Techlabz through eBay and explained what I'd found. They were puzzled too as they tested the machine before shipping. They then offered to send a DisplayPort adapter (plugs into the motherboard and can be used instead of the VGA port). I really appreciated that as I can use the machine with two monitors as intended. It's great to encounter this sort of customer service. I've bookmarked Techlabz and I'll browse their inventory first next time I need any computer gear. Thank you!

Had an issue with Macbook after looking around the local area and having had poor service from others in the past I spoke with Khalid and he sorted the issue at a great price. I shall be going back for all other issues that may crop up in the future and it would seem there is not much he can't fix or supply. I highly recommend Tech Labz.
