Every single minute I spent on this training is a loss. The content of the course was a carrier of errors—wrong shortcuts, the names of the modules were wrong and there were broken links to the 'additional resources'. The forum was empty, without any responses from mentors. I asked their support about the missing content many times, but their only response was 'the team is working on it.' Nothing was fixed a few months later. I had to work on a school project, but I took the trouble and learned from Oracle's free docs instead. Do not be fooled by what the advertising claims. This course is nothing but a scam.
This course was supposed to teach me Python, SQL, and machine learning, but instead of that, I only received videos that were downloaded in 2018. Though it was called 'live sessions,' they were definitely Q&A sessions where the teacher was finding the answers right away on the internet. The final project was completely ridiculous—they didn’t give individual code reviews, and everyone was just passed. I trusted that this was going to guide me in my new career, and when I finished, I recognized that it was useless in practice. Now I have to deal with the result of my choice in buying the certificate while my friends who watched free YouTube courses got the internships. This is a common situation that you certainly want to avoid.
I was thrilled to get to know Oracle Apps R12, nevertheless this training was below my expectations. The teacher was hardly familiar with the subject and was using old slides for the class. A considerable amount of time, we had to solve issues in the lab as VM images were defective. The “hands-on” exercises that we were given were just coding where we had no further explanation about it except for putting the new one. The outcome in my case was that I was not able, in the end, to write even a basic PL/SQL trigger. Instead of being a career enhancer, the course has even made me to think if I should go for Oracle tech in the future. It was a time and money loss alikewise.
That training experience was the worst ever. The content of the course was so confusing— they mixed up easy things with difficult stuff that you could not even follow. The ‘mentors’ were not reliable at all, and the discussion forums were flooded with questions left unanswered. The final assignment according to the schedule of events was great, but it turned out to be just another presentation of materials that belonged to the past. I worked on it to be able to put something more on my resume, but the interviewers saw the surface level from afar. I spent a lot of time and money without getting any value in return.
This was, without a doubt, the most unhealthy learning experience that I have ever had. The course...
The course had assured that Matplotlib and Seaborn proficiency would be the takeaway, but the teacher actually explained only the fundamental things before discussing the complex ones which nobody got. The video lectures were of poor quality and the code used in some of the examples didn't work properly. Even though I contacted them to seek assistance, their responses were generic and did not provide any help at all. It is quite a pity that I now have to fill in the gaps in my knowledge because this course failed to give me what I had paid for. If you are really into the field of data science, my suggestion is to avert that.
Right from the start, the training felt like a rip-off. The facilitator, however, was whispering about basic HCM concepts but when it came to important topics such as security groups and integrations, he was expressing with a rapid pace. The exercise instance had limited access, thus, we couldn’t even apply the actual case. When I was complaining, they justified ‘system issues’ and told me ‘watch the recordings.’ The job support that they advertised? One of those spammy email lists of 3-year-old job vacancies. Now I have lost the money and the time, and my resume looks even less impressive because the recruiters notice the bad quality of the training institute. Please help yourself-this is a career retrogression, not a career advance.
I was eager to start learning Oracle Apps R12 Technical when I heard about it so often, but this training really let me down. The trainer did not even explain the basics of interfaces, conversions, and workflows. Slides were covered for most of the time while the instructor only spoke very briefly. When I raised the issue of Form Personalization or AOL, the mentor reacted saying only that 'it’s simple, do it yourself.' As a result, I am at interviews and staring at an empty wall because I have no practical knowledge. The 'placement assistance' that was offered turned out to be just a list of job portals that they literally copied from Google. It was a complete waste of time and money.
The course was terribly structured, I can say, without a doubt, this is the worst course I ever took. In the machine learning part, scikit-learn was used but no explanation regarding the algorithms. Besides you were asked to "copy this code." In the TensorFlow part, not only were the videos recorded in 2019, but they failed to cover the GPU setup as well. The mistakes that could be noticed in the quizzes (sic) and the certificate without any performance evaluation details made the former completely unusable for my college applications. Are you aware of the fact while the mentor was quite helpful at first, after two sessions the mentor became unresponsive? I shouldn't have rushed to sign up for online stuff and gotten to know the reputation of the course by reading the Reddit reviews. Taking a new course at Udemy is my solution to the mess this one has gotten me into.
The training materials were messed up—JDeveloper versions that were not the current ones, the ADF libraries were not, and no regular setup instructions. The tutor was in a hurry to deal with complex matters such as ADF Business Components, but he did not tell us how to employ them while working with real databases. The reply to my error-handling query in ADF was merely a link to the documentation (the one which is hard to understand). The so-called ‘final project’ was only a repetitive activity that had no real-life situation. After I missed a job opportunity because of my lack of knowledge in ADF, I realized that this course did more harm than good. Don’t be the same I was, be careful!

By choosing the Oracle Recruiting Cloud training, I've expected not only to enhance my skills but also to probably find a way to get an internship. However, a completely different scenario occurred to me as the materials were 2023 Oracle Recruiting Cloud which had undergone a user interface change, and no mention of these changes. At first, I thought I would see the actual active demos, but the video showed only the screen recordings and a single voiceover—no explana...

This course destroyed my self-esteem. The part on Advanced Financial Reporting was absolutely ridiculous — instead of core steps, such as setting up cross-validation rules or troubleshooting ledger errors, in the videos, we were cutting to the chase. Quizzes had zero connection with the subject matter; example: one question inquired about 'a hypothetical journal entry,' a topic that wasn't explained in class, ever. The reason I failed the certification test that I assumed was supposed to be a brick wall for me, was that the video lectures are totally silent on the subject of REST API integrations for data loads. And yet, in the syllabus, this was expected. The 'community forum' was nothing but other students seeking help. I was in a situation where I had to request my uncle, who is an accountant, to teach me the basics because this course didn't teach them.

I had good reasons to believe the training will assist me in securing an internship, but on the contrary, it ruined all my plans. The organization of the course was terrible – modules skipped from one level to another without a word of explanation. The very wrong answers were legit in the quizzes, and not to mention that the capstone project was a mere follow-up of a PDF, step by step. Guess what! My mentor did not participate in helping with my questions. Even after getting certified, my CV remains rejected because HR people can notice that this certification is fake. It was nothing else but a big waste of time and money.

I registered for the Oracle Global Trade Management Training to get me ahead in the game of understanding trade compliance and logistics. But it wasn't the case, the slides were rather old, the instructors who were far away from the topic and there was no practical part of the course included. Although the creators of this course did assure us the real-world application of the knowledge, it only remained as a verbal slogan. The quiz had the issue of wrong answers, and more than 50% of the time when I wanted to watch videos, they were not available. Having spent a considerable amount of time on this, I came to the realization that free YouTube tutorials taught me more. This has not been only a waste of time but also it has raised the question in me about whether or not Oracle cares about students.

I did’nt gain from this Oracle Fusion + OIC online course. The trainers did not have hands-on experience, and the sessions gave the impression of reading out of a script. The most important chapters such as VBCS customization and Fusion middleware security were briefly explained as questions ran out of time in the 3-hour lesson. Later, when I asked for help with BPEL processes, they said, "Let’s me fasten the process on your own." The worst thing is that the exam they prepared for us did not relate to what we have learned. As a result of this, I obtained a certificate with no benefit whatsoever and no job opportunities since the recruiter can figure out that my training was not excellent.

I had joined Tech Lead IT in Aug-25 for course of Oracle Fusion Technical + OIC. Vijay sir has good knowledge on technologies and cover everytopic from basis on topic level. Practice is mandatory to learn that , topics like FBDI process for GL, Customer and HCM Loader for loading jobs and job set was easily conveyed . OIC session is also ok , initially it feels difficult , but need to practice more as per told by Vijay Sir
Krishna Sir.. More experience faculty and provides detail of each concept with easy examples to understand during the training.
Not sure about other faculties and other training.. SCM training is good.
The content of the program was interesting. But I found the pace a little too fast. Difficult to follow. In addition, contrary to what has been said, I think there are certain prerequisites to follow this training. Good coverage of the training program.
Very powerful courses. i've got Oracle Fusion Course. really great.

I recently took training with Tech Leads IT on OCI and Oracle Fusion Technical. To my surprise it is 200 % worth if you want to gain any domain specific knowledge in less time. All concepts are taught with live examples and resources are provided to do hand on lab. Happy Teaching. I will definitely come here for more training.
